論中國共產(chǎn)黨領導法治化

【摘要】：依憲執(zhí)政是中國共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政黨執(zhí)政能力建設的重要方式,也是中國共產(chǎn)黨從革命黨轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閳?zhí)政黨的顯著標示。區(qū)分黨的領導方式和執(zhí)政方式的意義在于保障黨通過國家政權機關實現(xiàn)對國家和社會的規(guī)范領導。憲法描述和規(guī)定了中國共產(chǎn)黨作為領導黨的事實,確立了中國共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政黨的憲法地位和憲法效力。以法治方式保衛(wèi)黨的執(zhí)政地位是國家治理現(xiàn)代化的成就之一。"三善于一支持"是黨的領導法治化的具體路徑,以實現(xiàn)黨領導人民制定憲法和法律,黨領導人民執(zhí)行憲法和法律,黨自身在憲法和法律范圍內(nèi)活動的合法性實踐,確立規(guī)范建設社會主義的思維方式。
[Abstract]:Ruling by the Constitution is an important way for the CPC to build its ruling ability as a ruling party, and it is also a remarkable symbol of the transformation of the CPC from a revolutionary party to a ruling party.The significance of distinguishing the leadership of the Party from that of the ruling is to ensure the Party to realize the normative leadership of the state and the society through the organs of state power.The Constitution describes and prescribes the fact that the Communist Party of China is the leading party, and establishes the constitutional status and constitutional effect of the Communist Party of China as the ruling party.Defending the ruling position of the Party by the rule of law is one of the achievements of the modernization of national governance. ""being good at supporting" is the specific path for the Party's leadership to rule by law, in order to realize the legitimate practice of the Party leading the people to formulate the Constitution and laws, the Party leading the people to implement the Constitution and laws, and the Party's own activities within the scope of the Constitution and the law.Establish the mode of thinking of standardizing the construction of socialism.
