[Abstract]:After the founding of the new China, under the difficult and severe international and domestic situation, Mao Zedong and the Party Central Committee have made a strategic decision to develop state-of-the-art defense science and technology and develop "two bombs and one star". This decision is of great significance to China's national defense construction. Mao Zedong and the Central Committee of the party have deeply absorbed the backwardness of China's modern times to be beaten. From the strategic goal of safeguarding national security and promoting China's international status, the lesson is to break the routine, to plan the R & D of nuclear weapons ahead of time, and to take an overall plan in the light of specific national conditions.
