【摘要】：正馬克思和恩格斯的著作里涉及到19世紀(jì)歐洲主要國家有關(guān)新聞出版方面的法律,有的法律還被詳盡地論述過。這些論述從整體上表達(dá)了他們對新聞出版法的基本認(rèn)識:爭取所有人在普通法律面前人人平等,盡可能使法律保障人民的新聞出版自由,減輕物的依賴關(guān)系對這種自由的控制。對此,恩格斯講過一段話:"一切自由的首要條件:一切公務(wù)人員在自己的一切職務(wù)活動方面都應(yīng)當(dāng)在普通法庭上按照一般法律向每一個公民負(fù)責(zé)。"[1]
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels have written about the law of press and publication in major European countries in the 19th century, some of which have been discussed in detail. These expositions express their basic understanding of press and publication law as a whole: strive for all people to be equal before the ordinary law, make the law protect people's freedom of press and press as far as possible, and reduce the control of this freedom by the dependence of things. In response, Engels said, "the first condition of all liberty: all public servants shall be accountable to each citizen in the ordinary courts in accordance with the general law in all their duties..."
