【摘要】：民生問題是當(dāng)代社會關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題，是人民的生存和發(fā)展問題。民生問題表現(xiàn)為不僅僅是一個(gè)社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)問題，又是一個(gè)政治問題。隨著改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，以鄧小平為核心的黨的第二代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展了“全心全意為人民服務(wù)”的群眾思想。30年的改革開放和中國特色社會主義的發(fā)展中鄧小平民生觀的重要意義更為明顯，并且深刻影響這個(gè)偉大的進(jìn)程。鄧小平的民生觀是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分。鄧小平民生觀，揚(yáng)棄和超越中國古代傳統(tǒng)的民本思想，繼承馬克思主義的有關(guān)于發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力和人的全面發(fā)展的民生思想，借鑒孫中山的民生主義，發(fā)展了毛澤東的民生思想來直接形成的，鄧小平的民生觀產(chǎn)生的時(shí)候正好是傳統(tǒng)社會模式解決民生問題的時(shí)候遭受到了挫折，還有我國處于社會主義初級階段，生產(chǎn)力的總體發(fā)展水平不高，滿足不了人民的需求，發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力的必由之路是改革開放，建設(shè)有中國特色的社會主義，只有改革開放才能發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力，提高人民的生活水平給人民帶來安穩(wěn)的生活環(huán)境。鄧小平民生觀的主要內(nèi)容有，以發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力作為解決民生問題的切入點(diǎn)，以改革開放作為解決民生問題的直接動力，以實(shí)施“三步走”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為解決民生問題的根本途徑，以實(shí)現(xiàn)“共同富裕”作為解決民生問題的最終目標(biāo)，以“三個(gè)有利于”判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來檢驗(yàn)解決民生問題的好壞，以加強(qiáng)精神文明建設(shè)作為解決民生問題的重要方向，以確保社會穩(wěn)定作為解決民生問題的重要保證。改善人民生活的偉大進(jìn)程進(jìn)行的這么好，離不開鄧小平的民生觀。鄧小平民生觀，，為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)了中國特色社會主義民生建設(shè)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)，促進(jìn)了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀貫徹落實(shí)、構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會和實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢三大任務(wù)的完成。

Deng Xiaoping's view of the people's livelihood is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. The great progress of improving people's life can not be separated from Deng Xiaoping's livelihood outlook. Deng Xiaoping's livelihood outlook is an advance. It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the people's livelihood in socialism with Chinese characteristics, and promotes the completion of the three tasks of the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, the construction of a socialist harmonious society and the realization of the Chinese dream.
