【摘要】：科學(xué)發(fā)展觀是對(duì)馬克思主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想的繼承和發(fā)展，是中國共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想的集成和發(fā)展，是與其既一脈相承又與時(shí)俱進(jìn)科學(xué)理論�？茖W(xué)發(fā)展觀是以胡錦濤為代表的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體依據(jù)新的基本國情和國際時(shí)代背景提出以適應(yīng)我國新的發(fā)展要求的科學(xué)理論，它的提出有一定的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和環(huán)境因素。鄧小平理論在理論上為科學(xué)發(fā)展觀構(gòu)建了理論框架，科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在此框架基礎(chǔ)上不斷的完善和充實(shí)，鄧小平理論在實(shí)踐中為科學(xué)發(fā)展觀提供了物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，使科學(xué)發(fā)展觀能夠更好、更有效的貫徹落實(shí)。通過研究鄧小平理論對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的繼承關(guān)系，對(duì)我們理解科學(xué)發(fā)展觀理論形成的依據(jù)和實(shí)踐的可行性具有指導(dǎo)作用，對(duì)我們領(lǐng)會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的精神實(shí)質(zhì)和深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀具有重要的理論意義。 本文正是基于這一背景而展開深入的研究，試圖通過比較鄧小平理論與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀科學(xué)內(nèi)涵之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析，總結(jié)出鄧小平理論與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在理論和實(shí)踐上的傳承關(guān)系。全文共分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分為引言部分，具體介紹選題背景、研究目的及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀，從分析鄧小平理論與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀之間的傳承關(guān)系對(duì)理解科學(xué)發(fā)展觀理論形成的依據(jù)和實(shí)踐的可行性具有指導(dǎo)作用，對(duì)我們領(lǐng)會(huì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的精神實(shí)質(zhì)和深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀具有重要的理論意義。另外，介紹具體研究方法及可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二部分介紹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀形成的背景和歷史進(jìn)程。首先，通過國內(nèi)因素、國際因素和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀與馬克思主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想的繼承和發(fā)展三方面介紹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀提出的背景。其次，通過列舉國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在重要會(huì)議及考察工作時(shí)發(fā)表的講話來梳理科學(xué)發(fā)展觀提出的歷史進(jìn)程。 第三部分是對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵的理解。從科學(xué)發(fā)展觀第一要義是發(fā)展，核心是以人為本，基本要求是全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和根本方法是統(tǒng)籌兼顧四方面對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀科學(xué)內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行理解。 第四部分對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀與鄧小平理論之間的傳承關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析，科學(xué)發(fā)展觀中提出的“發(fā)展是黨執(zhí)政興國的第一要?jiǎng)?wù)”是對(duì)鄧小平理論中“發(fā)展才是硬道理”的繼承和發(fā)展；科學(xué)發(fā)展觀中“以人為本”的核心思想源于鄧小平理論中“三個(gè)有利于”思想；科學(xué)發(fā)展觀中“全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)”的戰(zhàn)略思想秉承了鄧小平理論中“兩手抓，兩手都要硬”的思想。從以上方面論述科學(xué)發(fā)展觀與鄧小平理論之間在理論和實(shí)踐上的傳承關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The scientific outlook on development is the inheritance and development of the important thoughts of Marxism , Mao Zedong Thought , Deng Xiaoping Theory and " Three Represents " . It is a scientific theory of the Chinese Communist Party to adapt to the new development requirements of our country . The scientific development view is based on the new basic national conditions and the international times background .

Based on this background , this article tries to analyze the relationship between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific concept of development by comparing the relationship between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific concept of development . The paper sums up the inheritance relation between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific development view in theory and practice .

The first part is divided into the introduction part , the background , the research aim and the significance , the research situation , from the analysis of the relation between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific development view , the basis and the feasibility of the practice of understanding the theory of the scientific development view , has the guiding function , has important theoretical significance for us to grasp the spirit essence of the scientific development view and to carry out the scientific development view . In addition , the concrete research method and possible innovation point are introduced .

The second part introduces the background and historical process of the formation of the scientific development view . First , through the domestic factors , the international factor and the scientific development view , the background of the scientific development view is introduced through the inheritance and development of the important thought of Marxism , Mao Zedong Thought , Deng Xiaoping Theory and " Three Represents " .

The third part is the understanding of the scientific connotation of the scientific development view . From the first important meaning of the scientific development view is the development , the core is people - oriented , and the basic requirement is to coordinate the sustainable development and the fundamental method in a comprehensive way .

The fourth part analyzes the inheritance relation between the scientific development view and Deng Xiaoping ' s theory , and puts forward that the " development is the first priority of the Party in power " is the inheritance and development of " development is the hard truth " in the theory of Deng Xiaoping ;
The core idea of " people - oriented " in the scientific development view originated from the thought of " three benefits " in Deng Xiaoping ' s theory ;
The strategic thinking of " comprehensive coordination and sustainable development " in the scientific development view inherits the thought of " two hands and two hands are hard " in Deng Xiaoping ' s theory . From the above aspects , the paper discusses the inheritance relationship between scientific development view and Deng Xiaoping ' s theory in theory and practice .
