【摘要】：民主政治時代,政黨政治是責(zé)任政治,政黨理應(yīng)成為負(fù)責(zé)任的政治組織。政黨的功能作用證明了其可以擔(dān)負(fù)起運作公權(quán)力、實現(xiàn)民眾利益的責(zé)任。密切黨群關(guān)系是政黨的根本責(zé)任。密切黨群關(guān)系,要規(guī)范黨政關(guān)系,防止權(quán)力異化;夯實執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ),加強(qiáng)社會整合;完善黨內(nèi)民主,增進(jìn)黨內(nèi)和諧。
[Abstract]:In the era of democratic politics, party politics is responsible politics, and political parties should become responsible political organizations. The function of the political party proves that it can shoulder the responsibility of operating the public power and realizing the interests of the people. It is the fundamental responsibility of the party to close the relationship between the Party and the masses. In order to close the relationship between the Party and the masses, we should standardize the relationship between the Party and the government, prevent the alienation of power, consolidate the ruling foundation, strengthen the social integration, perfect the inner-party democracy and enhance the inner-party harmony.
