【摘要】：任何經(jīng)濟(jì)活動都必須落實到具體的地理空間上,中心地體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)是一種空間形式,代表區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)存在以及發(fā)展的形式�！翱たh治,天下安”,縣域是區(qū)域?qū)哟蔚闹匾�組成部分,治理縣域歷來就是安邦定國根本。近年來國家對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展日益重視,而縣域空間作為縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本載體,在發(fā)展中具有舉足輕重的作用。廣闊的經(jīng)濟(jì)地理空間與合理的經(jīng)濟(jì)空間結(jié)構(gòu)無疑是促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最為重要的途徑之一。然而,在當(dāng)前我國進(jìn)行的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展、村鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃等規(guī)劃過程中,以及在實踐撤鄉(xiāng)并鎮(zhèn)、遷村并點等一系列村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)活動中,對確定中心鎮(zhèn)及中心村各級經(jīng)濟(jì)中心等重要空間問題上,存在很大的盲目性、片而性和主觀性,或者是單方而依據(jù)村鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模,或者依據(jù)某些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的利益關(guān)系和主觀意愿而確定,缺乏科學(xué)的理論依據(jù),大大降低了各類規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)意義,嚴(yán)重制約了區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)快速、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 因此,本文從中心地理論入手,探討了區(qū)域中心體系形成發(fā)展的作用機(jī)制,形成中心體系的理論組成部分。在此基礎(chǔ)上選取位居平原地區(qū)且為傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)的大荔縣作為實證研究的對象,利用數(shù)學(xué)模型及地理信息技術(shù)對研究區(qū)進(jìn)行中心地中心性強(qiáng)度的測度和中心職能分類,對分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行優(yōu)化制定中心體系合理的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。具體內(nèi)容如下： (1)中心體系相關(guān)理論研究 本文先從中心地理論相關(guān)理論研究入手,闡述與中心體系相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論,對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于中心地理論的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行整理分析�？偨Y(jié)隨著社會生產(chǎn)力的變革,傳統(tǒng)的中心地理理論已不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展的需求,應(yīng)該進(jìn)行改變和調(diào)整。同時指出發(fā)展現(xiàn)代中心地理論需要結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會需要以及新的技術(shù)手段,對其進(jìn)行更新發(fā)展。因此嘗試著變化中心體系組織形式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了中心體系發(fā)展的模式,以及其創(chuàng)新的框架結(jié)構(gòu),并對其已有的發(fā)展進(jìn)行預(yù)測。(2)闡述了制約中心系統(tǒng)的普遍因素,如降水與水資源分布造成的影響、地形地貌對中心地系統(tǒng)的作用機(jī)制。同時對新時期新要素的影響機(jī)制做進(jìn)一步分析,包括在交通運輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)演進(jìn)、行政區(qū)劃、信息化和全球化等因素作用下的中心體系結(jié)構(gòu)模式。(3)以大荔縣鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為研究對象,先確定代表中心性強(qiáng)度的指標(biāo)建立評價指標(biāo)體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上通過應(yīng)用主成分分析方法,結(jié)合2009年的中心性強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行測度,并且運用聚類分析法劃分中心地等級。最終結(jié)果認(rèn)為縣城中心性最強(qiáng)且地位穩(wěn)定；等級較高的一些中心地高度集聚,兩翼邊緣化非常明顯；綜合中國心鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)重振,門戶和樞紐中心地地位應(yīng)凸顯。 (4)運用相關(guān)軟件按照六邊形網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對大荔縣中心體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,制定出大荔縣中心體系結(jié)構(gòu)模擬模型,使之形成一個層次分明數(shù)量最優(yōu)的中心地系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Any economic activities must be carried out on the specific geographical space. The spatial structure of the central land system is a spatial form, representing the form of regional economic existence and development. County is an important part of the regional level, governance of the county has always been Anbang Dingguo. In recent years, the country pays more and more attention to the county economic development, and the county space as the basic carrier of county economic development. Broad economic geographical space and reasonable economic spatial structure are undoubtedly one of the most important ways to promote the development of county economy. In the planning process of county economic development planning, urban-rural integration development, village and town system planning, and in the practice of withdrawing rural areas and towns, moving villages and points and so on a series of village and town construction activities. To determine the central town and the central village economic center at all levels and other important spatial issues, there is a lot of blindness, film and subjectivity, or unilaterally based on the economic scale of the village and town. Or based on the interests of some leaders and subjective will to determine, the lack of scientific theoretical basis, greatly reduce the guiding significance of all kinds of planning, seriously restricted the regional social and economic speed and health. Sustainable development Therefore, this paper discusses the mechanism of the formation and development of the regional central system from the perspective of the central land theory. On the basis of this, Dali County, which is located in plain area and is the traditional agricultural area, is chosen as the object of empirical research. Using mathematical model and geographic information technology to measure the centrality intensity and the central function classification of the research area, and optimize the analysis results to establish the reasonable structure model of the center system. The concrete contents are as follows: A theoretical study on the Center system This paper begins with the relevant theoretical research of the central land theory, expounds the basic theory related to the center system, collates and analyzes the relevant research on the central land theory at home and abroad, and summarizes the change with the social productivity. The traditional theory of central geography can not meet the needs of the development of today's society and should be changed and adjusted. At the same time, it is pointed out that the development of modern central geography theory needs to be combined with the current social needs as well as new technical means. Therefore, we try to change the organizational form of the central system. On this basis, we put forward the development model of the central system and its innovative framework. At the same time, the author forecasted the development of the central system, such as the influence of precipitation and the distribution of water resources, which restricted the central system. At the same time, it makes a further analysis of the influence mechanism of new elements in the new period, including the evolution of transportation network, administrative divisions. The central system structure model of Dali County under the influence of information technology and globalization. The evaluation index system is established by determining the indicators representing the central strength. On this basis, the method of principal component analysis (PCA) is applied to measure the central strength in 2009. The final result shows that the county is the most central and stable. Some of the higher levels of the center are highly concentrated, and the marginalization of the two wings is very obvious. Comprehensive Chinese heart town reinvigorates, portal and hub center place position should highlight. 4) the spatial structure of Dali County central system is optimized by using relevant software according to hexagonal network structure, and the simulation model of Dali county central system structure is established. To form a hierarchical and quantitative optimal central land system.
