　　課外補(bǔ)習(xí),被人們形象的稱為“影子教育”,是主流學(xué)校教育的一種補(bǔ)充形式,不斷模仿主流學(xué)校,主要是以提高學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績?yōu)榻虒W(xué)目標(biāo)。隨著全民教育消費(fèi)水平的提高,學(xué)生、家長、學(xué)校及社會(huì)對學(xué)生的課外補(bǔ)習(xí)有了更高的要求,因此,影子教育在城鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)皆有極大的發(fā)展。在所有的科目中,英語是學(xué)生必學(xué)的一門課程。對初中生來說,英語更是作為考試的必選重點(diǎn)科目,其得分的高低直接影響班級、年級排名。同時(shí),英語學(xué)科作為語言類科目,有其特殊性,絕大部分家庭教育都缺失了英語輔導(dǎo)。英語作為應(yīng)試教育的產(chǎn)物,家長的英語水平普遍不高,即使是大學(xué)學(xué)歷的家長也不足以輔導(dǎo)低層次的英語學(xué)習(xí),家長只能試圖尋求影子教育的幫助。另外,由于家長無法提供英語輔導(dǎo)和幫助,部分家長為減輕自身負(fù)擔(dān)、填補(bǔ)學(xué)生空白時(shí)間,轉(zhuǎn)而投向影子教育機(jī)構(gòu)。因此,英語在影子教育中占有較大的比重。本研究主要以長沙地區(qū)為例,采用SPSS定量分析的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,選取其市區(qū)公立中學(xué)和鄉(xiāng)村公立中學(xué)的初二年級的學(xué)生為調(diào)查對象。通過向這兩所學(xué)校的初二學(xué)生分別發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,各發(fā)放6個(gè)班的學(xué)生,其中城市學(xué)生有287位,農(nóng)村學(xué)生有270位,以及還通過實(shí)地與學(xué)生家長訪談的方式搜集數(shù)據(jù),旨在比較城鄉(xiāng)...
