【摘要】： 生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)是服務(wù)業(yè)的一種,它不同于一般的消費(fèi)性服務(wù)業(yè),旨在服務(wù)于其他產(chǎn)業(yè),為其他產(chǎn)業(yè)提供諸如融資、法律、廣告和會(huì)計(jì)等服務(wù)。生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展與全球化進(jìn)程是同步的,與全球化相互影響、相互促進(jìn)。除此外,生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)有較強(qiáng)的區(qū)域集聚性,多集中于世界的大城市之中,這些城市被冠之以“全球城市”的稱謂。所以,生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)與全球城市有著緊密的聯(lián)系。本文以紐約市為對(duì)象進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,通過對(duì)紐約市生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)容、生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)紐約市的影響,以及紐約市全球城市地位的分析,以圖對(duì)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)和全球城市的關(guān)系進(jìn)行粗淺探討。 本文正文包括三個(gè)部分:第一部分首先研究了紐約市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的背景,接著主要考察了紐約市生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)容,進(jìn)而得出紐約市生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的特點(diǎn);第二部分則分析了生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)紐約市的影響,涉及紐約市的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、收入結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)所得稅結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)方面;第三部分對(duì)紐約市身為全球城市所面臨的職能的轉(zhuǎn)變和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析。最后得出結(jié)論,紐約市的生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè),在加強(qiáng)紐約市自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、抬高其世界地位的同時(shí),也帶來了一系列的問題,諸如貧富分化以及管理等問題�？偠�言之,生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)是紐約市的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),影響著紐約市的方方面面,也正是紐約市生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的特點(diǎn)將紐約市推向了世界舞臺(tái)的前沿。
[Abstract]:Production service is a kind of service industry, which is different from the general consumer service industry. It aims to serve other industries and provide services such as financing, law, advertising and accounting for other industries. The development of the production service industry is synchronized with the process of globalization. In addition, the production and service industry has a strong regional agglomeration, mostly concentrated in the world's big cities, these cities are called "global cities". Therefore, the production service industry and the global city has the close relation. This paper takes New York City as a case study, through the content of New York City's manufacturing services, the impact of manufacturing services on New York City, as well as the status of New York City in the world. The relationship between manufacturing services and global cities is discussed in this paper. The text of this paper includes three parts: the first part studies the background of New York City's industrial structure transformation, then mainly examines the content of New York City's production service industry, and then obtains the characteristics of New York City's production service industry; The second part analyzes the impact of production and service industry on New York City, involving the employment structure, income structure and enterprise income tax structure of New York City. The third part analyzes the transformation and challenge of New York City as a global city. Finally, it is concluded that the production and service industry of New York City not only strengthens the competitiveness of New York City and elevates its position in the world, but also brings about a series of problems, such as the polarization between the rich and the poor and the problems of management. In a word, the manufacturing service industry is the pillar industry of New York City, which affects all aspects of New York City. It is the characteristics of manufacturing service industry in New York City that push New York City to the forefront of the world stage.
