【摘要】：從明治初期開(kāi)始,日本海軍省就以水路部為中心全面系統(tǒng)地收集長(zhǎng)江水文情報(bào)。數(shù)十年來(lái),通過(guò)不斷收集和翻譯歐美編印的中國(guó)水路志、向長(zhǎng)江派遣軍艦和專業(yè)諜報(bào)人員實(shí)地測(cè)量調(diào)查、利用日籍航運(yùn)公司和上海日本人引水協(xié)會(huì)收集情報(bào),至20世紀(jì)二十年代末,日本海軍已經(jīng)詳細(xì)掌握了長(zhǎng)江及其支流的各種水文信息,為從長(zhǎng)江入侵中國(guó)鋪平了道路。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of Meiji, Japan's Ministry of Maritime Affairs has taken the Ministry of Waterways as the center to collect comprehensive and systematic hydrological information on the Yangtze River. Over the past decades, through constantly collecting and translating Chinese waterway records compiled by Europe and the United States, sending warships and professional espionage personnel to the Yangtze River for on-the-spot survey and investigation, the Japanese shipping company and the Shanghai Japanese Water diversion Association have been used to collect information. By the end of the 1920s, the Japanese navy had grasped all kinds of hydrological information of the Yangtze River and its tributaries in detail, which paved the way for invading China from the Yangtze River.
