【摘要】：長期以來,有關(guān)蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃,雖然也有零星的介紹文章見諸報(bào)刊,在少數(shù)專著里也辟有專門的章節(jié),但由于缺乏可靠的史料作為依據(jù),難免僅為"霧里看花",甚至"道聽途說",而不具有科學(xué)性。隨著蘇聯(lián)的解體和冷戰(zhàn)的結(jié)束,許多封存已久的檔案資料得以解密公開,客觀、科學(xué)的蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃研究才成為可能,蘇聯(lián)核計(jì)劃研究才成為一門方興未艾的顯學(xué)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, although there have been sporadic introductory articles in newspapers and magazines and special chapters in a few monographs on the nuclear program of the Soviet Union, due to the lack of reliable historical data as the basis, it is inevitable that it will only be "seeing flowers in the fog." Even "hearsay" is not scientific. With the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War, many archival materials that have been sealed for a long time have been declassified and made public. Objective, scientific research on the nuclear program of the Soviet Union has become possible, and the study of the nuclear program of the Soviet Union has become an emerging and prominent subject.
