大學(xué)生社交網(wǎng)站的使用:人格變量的作用及其對(duì)友誼質(zhì)量和心理健康的影響

【摘要】:社交網(wǎng)站作為發(fā)展最快的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用之一,在年輕人的生活中越來(lái)越重要。目前社交網(wǎng)站擁有眾多的大學(xué)生用戶,研究表明社交網(wǎng)站的使用與大學(xué)生的人格因素和社會(huì)心理有著重要關(guān)系。之前的研究?jī)H以在社交網(wǎng)站上花費(fèi)的總時(shí)間來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單衡量在這個(gè)社交網(wǎng)站上的活動(dòng)。考慮到社交網(wǎng)站上有諸如發(fā)送信息、更新?tīng)顟B(tài)、在線游戲等各種活動(dòng),使用社交網(wǎng)站上的不同功能可能是人格的差異。因此研究探索人格因素和使用社交網(wǎng)站特定功能的關(guān)系,將為兩者間的關(guān)系提供更深的理解。另外,社交網(wǎng)站的使用對(duì)大學(xué)生社會(huì)心理存在著潛在影響。目前幾乎沒(méi)有研究調(diào)查社交網(wǎng)站不同功能對(duì)大學(xué)生社會(huì)心理的影響,且很少有研究考察社交網(wǎng)站的使用和個(gè)體社會(huì)心理之間的作用機(jī)制。因此研究通過(guò)調(diào)查剖析社交網(wǎng)站不同功能的使用和心理健康之間可能存在的中介和調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,將對(duì)之前的研究進(jìn)行延伸。本研究在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)研究:研究一考察社交網(wǎng)站使用的影響因素,探討大學(xué)生人格變量和社交網(wǎng)站的使用的關(guān)系,采用社交網(wǎng)站使用量表、大五人格量表、羅森伯格自尊量表、自戀人格量表、尋求刺激量表對(duì)265名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。研究二考察社交網(wǎng)站使用的后果變量,探討社交網(wǎng)站的使用對(duì)大學(xué)生友誼質(zhì)量和心理健康的影響,采用社交網(wǎng)站使用量表、網(wǎng)上自我表露量表、青少年社交焦慮量表、友誼質(zhì)量量表、生活滿意度量表對(duì)402名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果得出以下結(jié)論:(1)外傾者更可能使用社交網(wǎng)站的社交功能,包括更新?tīng)顟B(tài)、進(jìn)行評(píng)論和添加更多的朋友。神經(jīng)質(zhì)的人更可能進(jìn)行狀態(tài)更新,并將此作為自我表達(dá)的一個(gè)方式。具有宜人性的個(gè)體傾向于在別人的帖子下做更多的評(píng)論。具有高自尊的人更可能評(píng)論他人的帖子。開(kāi)放程度高且尋求刺激的個(gè)體更可能在社交網(wǎng)站上玩在線游戲。自戀的使用者更可能往社交網(wǎng)站上傳他們好看的照片,且傾向于為自我展示而更頻繁地更新?tīng)顟B(tài)。性別在預(yù)測(cè)使用什么類型的社交網(wǎng)站中起到了重要的作用:男性比女性在社交網(wǎng)站上有更多朋友,且更可能玩在線游戲;而女性比男性更可能上傳自己的照片和更新?tīng)顟B(tài)。(2)“社交類”社交網(wǎng)站的使用和用戶的心理健康呈正相關(guān),“娛樂(lè)類”社交網(wǎng)站的使用和心理健康不相關(guān)!吧缃活悺鄙缃痪W(wǎng)站的使用和網(wǎng)上自我表露呈負(fù)相關(guān)。網(wǎng)上自我表露是友誼質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要預(yù)測(cè)因素。在使用社交網(wǎng)站時(shí)的友誼質(zhì)量和心理健康不相關(guān)。本研究探討了大學(xué)生社交網(wǎng)站使用的影響因素和后果變量,深化了之前的研究,豐富了社交網(wǎng)站使用領(lǐng)域的研究成果,有助于理清該研究領(lǐng)域的思路,為后續(xù)深入的研究提供一些借鑒,并為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司設(shè)計(jì)社交網(wǎng)站和大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As one of the fastest-growing Internet applications, social networking sites are becoming increasingly important in the lives of young people. At present, social network has a large number of college students' users. Research shows that the use of social network has an important relationship with college students' personality factors and social psychology. Previous studies have simply measured activity on a social networking site in terms of the total time spent on the site. Given that social networking sites have a variety of activities, such as sending messages, updating status, online games, and so on, using different functions on social networking sites may be personality differences. Therefore, the study of the relationship between personality factors and the use of specific functions of social networking sites will provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between the two. In addition, the use of social networking sites has a potential impact on the social psychology of college students. At present, there is almost no research on the influence of different functions of social networking sites on the social psychology of college students, and there are few studies on the mechanism between the use of social networking sites and the social psychology of individuals. Therefore, the study will extend the previous study by investigating and analyzing the possible mediations and regulation mechanisms between the use of different functions of social networking sites and mental health. Based on the previous studies, this study designed two studies: one was to investigate the influencing factors of the use of social networking sites, to explore the relationship between college students' personality variables and the use of social networking sites, to use the social networking site use scale, and to use the Big five Personality scale. Rosenberg self-esteem scale, narcissism personality scale and seeking stimulus scale were used to investigate 265 college students. The second study was to investigate the influence of the use of social networking sites on the friendship quality and mental health of college students, using the social networking site use scale, the online self-disclosure scale, the adolescent social anxiety scale, and to explore the impact of the use of social networking sites on the quality of friendship and mental health of college students. The Friendship quality scale and Life satisfaction scale were used to investigate 402 college students. Based on the results of questionnaires and data analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) extroverts are more likely to use the social functions of social networking sites, including updating their status, commenting and adding more friends. Neurotic people are more likely to update their status as a form of self-expression. Individuals with a human personality tend to make more comments on other people's posts. People with high self-esteem are more likely to comment on other people's posts. Individuals with a high degree of openness and excitement are more likely to play online games on social networking sites. Narcissistic users are more likely to post their good-looking photos to social networking sites and tend to update their status more frequently for self-presentation. Gender plays an important role in predicting what types of social networking sites to use: men have more friends than women and are more likely to play online games; Women are more likely than men to upload photos of themselves and update their status.) the use of social networking sites is positively related to the mental health of users, while the use of entertainment social networks is not related to mental health. The use of social networking sites is negatively correlated with online self-disclosure. Online self-disclosure is an important predictor of friendship quality. The quality of friendships when using social networking sites is not related to mental health. This study probes into the influencing factors and consequence variables of the use of social networking sites for college students, deepens the previous studies, enriches the research results in the field of using social networking sites, and helps to clarify the thinking of the research field. To provide some reference for further research, and to provide theoretical basis for Internet companies to design social networking sites and mental health education for college students.
