【摘要】：本研究旨在探討自我-他人對延遲選擇的影響及信息加工機(jī)制。包括一個預(yù)實驗和兩個正式實驗,預(yù)實驗主要通過查閱文獻(xiàn)和在線問卷星,確定本研究擬探討的影響大學(xué)生延遲選擇的主要因素及重要性排序。實驗一主要是通過問卷法探討不同沖突水平下自我-他人職業(yè)決策延遲選擇的差異,即通過控制選項的吸引力和決策困難程度來操作高低兩種沖突水平,進(jìn)一步探討被試為自己及不同他人進(jìn)行職業(yè)決策時在延遲選擇上是否存在差異。實驗二使用信息板技術(shù)探討了個體在為自己及為他人進(jìn)行職業(yè)決策時,在信息搜索時間、信息搜索速度及信息加工模式上的差異。本文從行為及信息加工機(jī)制兩個視角討論了自我-他人延遲選擇的差異,得到了以下結(jié)論:(1)職業(yè)決策過程中存在自我-他人延遲選擇差異,為自己更傾向于延遲選擇;(2)沖突水平調(diào)節(jié)了自我-他人延遲選擇的差異,在高沖突水平上,為自己、為陌生及親密他人做決策時不存在延遲選擇的差異,而在低沖突水平上,為自己、為陌生及親密他人做決策時存在延遲選擇的差異,為自己更傾向于延遲選擇。(3)為親密他人決策時信息搜索時間和信息搜索深度顯著高于為自己和陌生人做決策,同時,還存在性別差異,即女生信息搜索時間更長、獲取信息更多。(4)被試的信息搜索模式都是基于屬性的。但決策者角色和性別的交互作用顯著。即男生為自己、為親密他人及為陌生他人決策時信息搜索模式?jīng)]有顯著差異,而女生為親密他人更傾向于使用基于選項的加工策略。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of self-others on delayed selection and the mechanism of information processing. It includes a pre-experiment and two formal experiments. By consulting the literature and online questionnaire star, the main factors and importance of the delayed selection of college students are determined in this study. The first experiment is to explore the difference of self-others' late choice of career decision under different conflict level by questionnaire method, that is, through the attractiveness of control options and the degree of decision difficulty to operate the two levels of conflict. To further explore whether there are differences in delayed choice when subjects make career decisions for themselves and others. Experiment 2 used information board technology to explore the differences in information search time, information search speed and information processing mode when individuals made career decisions for themselves and others. This paper discusses the difference of self-others' delayed choice from the perspective of behavior and information processing mechanism, and draws the following conclusions: (1) there are differences in self-others' delayed choice in the process of career decision making, which is more inclined to delay choice for oneself; (2) the level of conflict regulates the difference of self-others' delayed choice. At the high level of conflict, there is no difference in delayed choice when making decisions for oneself, for strangers and for intimate others, but at the low level of conflict, it is for oneself. There is a difference of delayed choice when making decisions for strangers and intimate people, and they tend to delay selection for themselves. (3) Information searching time and depth of information searching for intimate others are significantly higher than those for themselves and strangers, and at the same time, There are also gender differences, that is, the information search time of female students is longer and more information is obtained. (4) the information search patterns of the subjects are all based on attributes. But the interaction between the role of decision maker and gender is significant. That is, there is no significant difference in information search patterns when boys make decisions for themselves, for intimate others and for strangers, while girls are more likely to use option-based processing strategies for intimate others.
