潛變量建模的貝葉斯方法

【摘要】:貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)是統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的兩大流派之一,近年來貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)在社會(huì)及行為科學(xué)領(lǐng)域日益流行。鑒于國內(nèi)心理學(xué)界對(duì)貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)應(yīng)用仍不廣泛,本文嘗試從非技術(shù)性的角度對(duì)貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)用于潛變量建模的過程進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹。主要涉及貝葉斯與頻率論在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)基本概念上的對(duì)比;貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)的基本原理和分析過程。最后以一個(gè)驗(yàn)證性因子分析為例,簡(jiǎn)要介紹貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)用于潛變量建模的分析過程。希望本文能為國內(nèi)心理學(xué)者進(jìn)行潛變量建模提供新的視角。
[Abstract]:Bayesian statistics is one of the two major schools of statistics. In recent years, Bayesian statistics has become increasingly popular in the field of social and behavioral science. In view of the fact that Bayesian statistics is still not widely used in the field of psychology in China, this paper attempts to briefly introduce the process of using Bayesian statistics in latent variable modeling from a non-technical point of view. This paper mainly deals with the comparison between Bayesian theory and frequency theory on the basic concepts of statistics, the basic principle and analysis process of Bayesian statistics. Finally, taking a confirmatory factor analysis as an example, this paper briefly introduces the analysis process of Bayesian statistics used in latent variable modeling. It is hoped that this paper can provide a new perspective for domestic psychologists to model latent variables.
