【摘要】： 目前學術界對當代資本主義的界定具有代表性的觀點主要有國家壟斷資本主義觀點、國際壟斷資本主義觀點、金融壟斷資本主義觀點和社會資本主義觀點。只有全面審視當代資本主義的內(nèi)涵才能正確定位當代資本主義。資本主義內(nèi)部可以自發(fā)地產(chǎn)生社會主義因素,這是一個馬克思主義的觀點。我們應該拋棄過去理論界一度流傳的錯誤理論,正確地對待資本主義內(nèi)部的社會主義因素這一問題。當代資本主義中的社會主義因素主要表現(xiàn)為:生產(chǎn)力方面,生產(chǎn)力不斷提高,社會財富極大豐富;產(chǎn)業(yè)結構發(fā)生變化,三大差別逐漸消失;生產(chǎn)力要素發(fā)生變化,勞動者獲得了更多自由發(fā)展的空間。生產(chǎn)關系方面,資本社會化和生產(chǎn)計劃化;工人地位提高并參與企業(yè)管理;保障體系和福利制度日趨完善。上層建筑方面,在政治上層建筑方面,國家管理經(jīng)濟和社會的職能大大增強,對經(jīng)濟和社會各領域活動的滲透空前增強,國家開始承擔起越來越多的社會公共事務,使國家在調節(jié)社會各階層矛盾方面的作用越發(fā)突出;在思想上層建筑方面,由于大量的工人階級通過學習科學文化素質、提升自身整體水平,再加上資本主義對自由、民主的宣揚以及對個人責任感和集體主義精神的張揚,使很多個體的思想價值觀具有了社會主義價值觀的特質。對當代資本主義中存在的社會主義因素進行辯證思考,要辯證地看待資本主義的歷史作用;辯證地看待由資本主義向社會主義的轉變方式;辯證地看待資本主義的未來趨勢。分析和研究當代資本主義中的社會主義因素具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。理論上有助于證實馬克思主義理論的正確性;有助于深化馬克思主義基本原理。從現(xiàn)實來看有助于正確處理當代資本主義與社會主義的關系;有助于在與資本主義的合作與競爭中發(fā)展社會主義經(jīng)濟;有助于在對資本主義的借鑒和超越中發(fā)展鞏固社會主義上層建筑。
[Abstract]:At present, the representative views on the definition of contemporary capitalism in academic circles mainly include state monopoly capitalism, international monopoly capitalism, financial monopoly capitalism and social capitalism. Only by comprehensively examining the connotation of contemporary capitalism can we correctly position contemporary capitalism. It is a Marxist view that capitalism can spontaneously produce socialist factors. We should abandon the wrong theory once spread in the theoretical circle and deal with the socialist factors within capitalism correctly. The socialist factors in contemporary capitalism are as follows: the productivity is increasing, the social wealth is abundant, the industrial structure is changing, and the three major differences are gradually disappearing. The productivity factor changes, the laborer obtained more free development space. In terms of production relations, the socialization of capital and production planning; the improvement of workers' status and participation in enterprise management; the improvement of security system and welfare system. In the area of superstructure, in the area of political superstructure, the functions of the State in managing the economy and society have been greatly enhanced, and the infiltration of activities in various fields of economy and society has increased unprecedented, and the State has begun to undertake more and more social and public affairs. The role of the state in regulating the contradictions of all social strata becomes more and more prominent; In the area of ideological superstructure, because a large number of working class through the study of scientific and cultural quality, improve their overall level, coupled with capitalism to freedom, democracy, as well as personal responsibility and collectivism of the spirit of publicity, So that many individuals have the characteristics of socialist values of ideological values. It is necessary to dialectically consider the historical function of capitalism, the transformation from capitalism to socialism, and the future trend of capitalism. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the socialist factors in contemporary capitalism. Theoretically, it helps to confirm the correctness of Marxist theory and deepen the basic principles of Marxism. From the practical point of view, it is helpful to correctly handle the relationship between contemporary capitalism and socialism, to develop socialist economy in cooperation and competition with capitalism. It is helpful for the development and consolidation of socialist superstructure in the reference and transcendence of capitalism.
