【摘要】：2016年的美國(guó)總統(tǒng)大選備受世人關(guān)注。在此次大選中,唐納德·特朗普,一位毫無(wú)從政經(jīng)驗(yàn)的商人,以壓倒性的優(yōu)勢(shì)在共和黨內(nèi)總統(tǒng)初選中一路過(guò)關(guān)斬將,成功獲得提名,又在隨后的大選角逐中擊敗政治經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的民主黨總統(tǒng)候選人希拉里·克林頓,最終贏得大選。特朗普因在競(jìng)選中發(fā)表富有爭(zhēng)議的政治言論和主張而遭到眾多主流媒體和精英群體的批評(píng),稱(chēng)其披著民粹主義的外衣煽動(dòng)民眾對(duì)政府、社會(huì)精英、外來(lái)移民和少數(shù)族裔的仇恨情緒,以實(shí)現(xiàn)其政治野心。關(guān)于特朗普的競(jìng)選與民粹主義的關(guān)系由此成為本次大選最為熱門(mén)的話(huà)題。本文以美國(guó)民粹主義的淵源及內(nèi)涵為基礎(chǔ),深入探討特朗普的競(jìng)選活動(dòng)與美國(guó)民粹主義傳統(tǒng)之間的繼承性與關(guān)聯(lián)性,以美國(guó)主義,人民至上主義和反精英主義為代表的美國(guó)民粹主義的三大主題為主線,對(duì)民粹主義在特朗普競(jìng)選中的具體表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行客觀全面的分析。當(dāng)代美國(guó)民粹主義圍繞著特朗普的總統(tǒng)競(jìng)選重新煥發(fā)出強(qiáng)大的生命力并在美國(guó)政壇取得前所未有的勝利。首先,以“使美國(guó)重新強(qiáng)大”的競(jìng)選口號(hào)為基礎(chǔ),特朗普高舉著變革的大旗吸引大量民眾匯聚到其選舉陣營(yíng)。其次,特朗普把“美國(guó)至上”主義作為其執(zhí)政的最高準(zhǔn)則,并由此提出“美國(guó)至上”的外交政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)主張,喚醒民眾的愛(ài)國(guó)主義情懷。再次,對(duì)于那些“被遺忘”和“被邊緣化”的美國(guó)白人工人階級(jí),特朗普點(diǎn)燃了他們壓抑已久的憤怒情緒,在他們中間掀起了一陣排除在經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮之外的不滿(mǎn)情緒、排外的種族主義情緒和對(duì)宗教正統(tǒng)擔(dān)憂(yōu)的危機(jī)情緒,并喚起了白人工人階級(jí)對(duì)男子氣概的懷舊之情。最后,通過(guò)引發(fā)民眾對(duì)政治建制派和主流媒體的失望情緒,特朗普加深了大眾和精英的對(duì)立,并對(duì)“政治正確”的教條展開(kāi)抨擊和批判,最終以敢于沖擊權(quán)威的平民領(lǐng)袖形象贏得了大批選民的信任和支持�？v觀特朗普的總統(tǒng)競(jìng)選之路,他不僅只把民粹主義作為其競(jìng)選策略,而是用對(duì)普通美國(guó)人有著巨大吸引力的民粹主義辭令表達(dá)其政治觀點(diǎn)和主張,最終匯聚民粹主義力量,走向權(quán)利的巔峰。
[Abstract]:The US presidential election of 2016 has attracted worldwide attention. Donald Trump in the general election, an untested businessman, with an overwhelming advantage in the Republican presidential primaries in all the way through, the success of the nomination, and in the subsequent election race defeated experienced political democratic presidential candidate Hilllary Clinton eventually won the election. Trump for his controversial political claims in the campaign by many mainstream media and elite criticism, said in its populist coat inciting people against the government, social elite, immigration and ethnic hatred, to achieve their political ambitions. The relationship about Trump's populist campaign and became the most popular topic in this election.
