【摘要】：勞動是社會存在與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是人類的本質(zhì)活動,貫穿于人類社會發(fā)展的始終。崇尚勞動、尊重勞動者,始終重視發(fā)揮工人階級和廣大勞動群眾的主力軍作用,是社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)取得巨大成就的重要保障。勞動問題也一直是學(xué)術(shù)界探討的永恒話題。然而,隨著改革開放的逐步深入和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,我國當(dāng)前出現(xiàn)了“強資本弱勞動”的現(xiàn)象和趨勢,面臨著諸多嚴峻的勞動問題。因此,在實現(xiàn)“兩個一百年”偉大征程的關(guān)鍵時期,研究鄧小平的勞動思想具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。鄧小平勞動思想作為鄧小平理論的重要組成部分,是在繼承馬恩勞動觀和早期中國共產(chǎn)黨人勞動觀的基礎(chǔ)上形成和發(fā)展起來的,具有科學(xué)的傳承性、鮮明的人民性、強烈的現(xiàn)實性和非凡的創(chuàng)新性。鄧小平勞動思想是改革開放以來,在社會主義建設(shè)過程中形成的新的理論體系,博大精深、內(nèi)涵豐富,主要包括勞動基準(zhǔn)思想、勞動保障思想、勞資和諧思想、勞動法制思想四個層面。對于解決當(dāng)前出現(xiàn)的新的勞動問題提供了重要的借鑒和啟示。因此,在社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進程中,我們要以鄧小平勞動思想為指導(dǎo),通過建立健全勞動法制、加強企業(yè)民主管理、完善勞動爭議處理機制、大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力等多重舉措構(gòu)建和諧勞動關(guān)系,通過抵制“好逸惡勞”的消極勞動觀、倡導(dǎo)“以辛勤勞動為榮”的積極勞動觀來鼓勵營造“勞動光榮”的社會氛圍;通過實施積極的就業(yè)政策、促進充分就業(yè),發(fā)展教育培訓(xùn)事業(yè)、全面提高勞動者素質(zhì),遵循經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)律、逐步提高福利水平等多種途徑逐步建立健全勞動保障制度,為實現(xiàn)“兩個一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)、建成富強民主文明和諧的社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢作出新貢獻。
[Abstract]:Labor is the foundation of social existence and development, the essential activity of human beings, and runs through the development of human society. It advocates labor, respects workers and always attaches importance to giving play to the main force of the working class and the working masses. It is an important guarantee for the great achievements of the socialist modernization drive. The issue of labor has also been an eternal topic in academic circles. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of the socialist market economy, At present, the phenomenon and trend of "strong capital and weak labor" appear in our country and face many severe labor problems. Therefore, in the crucial period of realizing the great journey of "two hundred years", It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Deng Xiaoping's labor thought. It was formed and developed on the basis of inheriting Man's view of labor and the view of labor of the early Chinese Communists. It has a scientific heritage and a distinct people's character. Strong realism and extraordinary innovation. Deng Xiaoping's labor thought is a new theoretical system formed in the course of socialist construction since the reform and opening up. It is broad and profound and rich in connotation, mainly including the idea of labor benchmark and the thought of labor security. The thought of harmony between labor and capital and the thought of labor legal system provide important reference and enlightenment for solving the new labor problems that appear at present. Therefore, in the course of socialist modernization, we should take Deng Xiaoping's labor thought as our guide. By establishing and perfecting the labor legal system, strengthening the democratic management of enterprises, perfecting the mechanism of handling labor disputes, vigorously developing productive forces and other measures to construct harmonious labor relations, and by resisting the negative view of labor, Advocating the positive view of "proud of hard work" to encourage the creation of a social atmosphere of "glorious labor", promoting full employment through the implementation of active employment policies, developing the cause of education and training, and comprehensively improving the quality of workers, Following the laws of economic development and gradually raising the level of welfare, we will gradually establish and improve the labor security system in order to achieve the goal of "two hundred years" and to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country.
