　　本文的研究對象是澳大利亞前總理基廷的亞洲1思維及其對澳亞外交關(guān)系的影響。在準確歸納基廷亞洲思維的內(nèi)涵及特征的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合澳大利亞國內(nèi)民眾對基廷亞洲思維的評價和再思考,認為基廷亞洲思維是冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后的新時代背景中最大程度實現(xiàn)澳大利亞國家利益的產(chǎn)物,后基廷時代的各屆政府無論是被動延續(xù)還是主動繼承,基本上都沒有背棄基廷亞洲思維的核心精神,即通過融入亞洲來實現(xiàn)澳洲自身利益的最大化。這種共融、共同享有亞太地區(qū)、不具有排他性的新亞洲思維,持續(xù)不斷地與保守派所固守的過時、守舊、過分強調(diào)英美情節(jié)的舊亞洲思維進行碰撞。這兩種外交理念的交融沖突,具有長期性,并因此會使近20年來澳亞關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)一種錯綜復(fù)雜的表象。然而,由表及里,仍然有理由相信,從各方面積極融入亞洲成為澳大利亞歷屆政府必須遵循的客觀趨向,基廷的亞洲思維將會持續(xù)地積極影響澳大利亞的對亞外交,并將指引澳大利亞在與亞交往道路上及時校準方向,以期漸漸邁向雙贏�；�廷亞洲思維聚焦于澳大利亞的國家身份和國家利益兩大方面的思考。關(guān)于澳大利亞的國家身份,基廷清晰地指出了澳大利亞就是澳大利亞這一命題,即澳大利亞不是西方國家在亞洲的代理國,也不是亞洲國家,這就突出了基...
