論蒙古高等教育女性學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職位面臨的挑戰(zhàn)

  中國偉大的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人毛澤東曾經(jīng)說過:“女人能頂半邊天!边@句話很好地提醒我們,在一個(gè)似乎由男人主宰的世界里,女人和男人扮演同樣重要的角色,女人和男人扮演同樣重要的角色。從全球來看,婦女作為學(xué)生、教師、教授和行政人員的比例從上世紀(jì)下半葉開始增加,但這并不意味著高等教育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)都實(shí)現(xiàn)了性別均等。在某些領(lǐng)域,尤其是在高級(jí)行政職位上,女性人數(shù)仍然不足,令人難以接受。蒙古國婦女教育的增長導(dǎo)致蒙古大學(xué)對(duì)婦女專業(yè)人員和管理人員的需求顯著增加。然而,通往頂峰的道路并不容易,許多挑戰(zhàn)仍需克服。本研究的主要目的是探討女性在蒙古國高等教育中獲得學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高級(jí)職位所面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)。本研究采用定性與定量研究相結(jié)合的方法。研究結(jié)果表明,女性面臨的挑戰(zhàn)有來自組織層面、社會(huì)層面和個(gè)人層面。個(gè)人因素與人格特質(zhì)有關(guān),如工作-家庭平衡問題和自信心不足。在組織層面上,工作中的復(fù)雜關(guān)系、以男性為中心的人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)和組織方式被認(rèn)為是一種障礙,而在社會(huì)層面上,性別角色刻板印象和對(duì)婦女的社會(huì)態(tài)度被視為婦女參與高級(jí)行政職位的關(guān)鍵挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)于那些渴望成為組織最高職位的女性來說,她們應(yīng)該意識(shí)到并理解與她們的高級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職位提升相相關(guān)的有形和無形挑戰(zhàn)。這項(xiàng)研究...
