【摘要】：在中日兩國(guó)中,當(dāng)他人給予我們某種恩惠時(shí),用適當(dāng)?shù)恼Z(yǔ)言表達(dá)當(dāng)時(shí)的感謝之情可謂是日常會(huì)話中不可或缺的一部分。然而,由于文化及社會(huì)背景的不同,兩國(guó)人在實(shí)際運(yùn)用感謝表達(dá)方式時(shí)也體現(xiàn)出了不同的用語(yǔ)特征。例如：當(dāng)受到他人的某種恩惠時(shí),日本人除了使用諸如“ありがとう”等感謝型表達(dá)方式之外,還經(jīng)常使用以“すみません”為代表的道歉型表達(dá)方式。然而,從中國(guó)用語(yǔ)習(xí)慣來(lái)看,此種場(chǎng)景下頻繁使用道歉型表達(dá)方式未免顯得有些不自然。也正是由于諸如此類差異的存在導(dǎo)致了中日跨文化交際中的諸多交際障礙。 因此,為了填補(bǔ)由于兩國(guó)感謝用語(yǔ)使用差異所導(dǎo)致的中日跨文化交際障礙,本研究以待遇交流理論為依據(jù),分別從場(chǎng)面(自己所得利益的大小,給他人帶去負(fù)擔(dān)的輕重)、人際關(guān)系(會(huì)話雙方的上下關(guān)系,親疏關(guān)系)以及使用心理這五個(gè)視角出發(fā),通過(guò)以中國(guó)母語(yǔ)者和日語(yǔ)母語(yǔ)者為對(duì)象的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及采訪調(diào)查的方式,不單對(duì)同一場(chǎng)景下中日感謝表達(dá)方式的使用情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,還在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)中日感謝表現(xiàn)的使用傾向進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,進(jìn)而提出兩者間的差異,并從文化及社會(huì)角度對(duì)導(dǎo)致差異的原因進(jìn)行了論述分析。 通過(guò)調(diào)查分析,分別在第7.2節(jié),第7.3節(jié)中對(duì)日感謝表現(xiàn)的使用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述。此外,通過(guò)中日對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn)在面對(duì)同一感謝場(chǎng)景時(shí),中日感謝表現(xiàn)的使用在平均使用句數(shù)、使用類型、使用心理上均存在明顯差異。從表達(dá)方式的類型上來(lái)看,在道歉型、贊美型、感情表達(dá)型、報(bào)答型、保證性等等的使用上都存在差異。
[Abstract]:In both China and Japan, expression of gratitude in appropriate language is an integral part of everyday conversation when others give us some kind of favor. However, due to the different cultural and social backgrounds, the two countries have different expressions of thanks in practice. For example, when they receive some kind of favor from others, the Japanese often use apology expressions, such as the expressions of thanks, such as "a few pangs". However, from the Chinese idiom, the frequent use of apologetic expressions in this scenario is somewhat unnatural. It is the existence of such differences that leads to many communication obstacles in cross-cultural communication between China and Japan. Therefore, in order to fill the barriers of intercultural communication between China and Japan caused by the differences in the use of gratitude terms between the two countries, the present study is based on the theory of exchange of treatment. From the five perspectives of the burden, interpersonal relationship (the relationship between the two sides of the conversation) and psychology, the questionnaire survey and interview survey were conducted to Chinese native speakers and Japanese native speakers. Not only the use of the expression of thanks between China and Japan is investigated in the same scene, but also the tendency of the expression of gratitude between China and Japan is compared on this basis, and the difference between the two is put forward. And from the cultural and social point of view, the causes of differences are discussed and analyzed. Through the investigation and analysis, in the 7.2 and 7.3 section, respectively, the use of the performance of Japanese gratitude is described. In addition, through the comparative analysis between China and Japan, it is found that there are significant differences in the average number of sentences used, the type of use, and the psychological use of the performance of gratitude between China and Japan in the face of the same situation of gratitude. In terms of the type of expression, there are differences in the use of apology type, praise type, emotional expression type, reward type, assurance type, etc.
