【摘要】: 隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步,以多媒體為代表的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)日益滲透到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中,企業(yè)管理模式由科學(xué)管理模式逐步演變?yōu)橐跃W(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式。國(guó)外對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的研究始于20世紀(jì)90年代末期,理論研究雖取得一定成果,但研究不夠深入和系統(tǒng)。國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理處于介紹階段,特別是用網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理論指導(dǎo)傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)剛剛開(kāi)始。開(kāi)展以網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理論在有色企業(yè)應(yīng)用的研究,有效指導(dǎo)有色企業(yè)提高管理水平,對(duì)提高國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要意義。 本論文以有色企業(yè)開(kāi)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)為主線,科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),深入構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體及其對(duì)象,探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)方案,構(gòu)造出比較完整的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理應(yīng)用理論體系。采用理論研究與實(shí)證研究,定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,具體從以下幾方面展開(kāi)研究: 網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)。本部分對(duì)企業(yè)開(kāi)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)的商務(wù)特點(diǎn)、商務(wù)模型、購(gòu)買(mǎi)過(guò)程、前提條件、成功因素,模型特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行深入研究,科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)的應(yīng)用內(nèi)涵。 有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀分析。本部分對(duì)有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)中存在的問(wèn)題從總體概況、經(jīng)營(yíng)主體、供應(yīng)鏈、價(jià)值鏈、服務(wù)鏈、網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略六方面進(jìn)行了分析。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體及對(duì)象研究。本部分對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)的主體——網(wǎng)絡(luò)企業(yè)所要求的企業(yè)內(nèi)部構(gòu)造、外部形象、組織模型、發(fā)展要求,分形管理、發(fā)展技巧等幾方面進(jìn)行研究,全面闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)企業(yè)的存在基礎(chǔ);對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)象——網(wǎng)絡(luò)顧客的詳細(xì)研究是在簡(jiǎn)要論述有色企業(yè)顧客的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代企業(yè)的顧客分類(lèi)、特點(diǎn)及行為方式進(jìn)行論述,并對(duì)影響購(gòu)買(mǎi)決策的因素進(jìn)行了深入分析,充分?jǐn)⑹鲱櫩唾?gòu)買(mǎi)行為。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式分析。本部分研究分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)的三種模式。在供應(yīng)鏈模式部分,論述了擴(kuò)展供應(yīng)鏈、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程重構(gòu)、配送、庫(kù)存等幾方面涉及擴(kuò)展供應(yīng)鏈的要素,提出了優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈的相應(yīng)方法。在價(jià)值鏈模式部分,運(yùn)用馬克思的勞動(dòng)價(jià)值論以及西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的有關(guān)原理,論述擴(kuò)展價(jià)值鏈、數(shù)字化管理,合作伙伴關(guān)系和價(jià)值增值過(guò)程。在服務(wù)鏈模式部分,以闡述服務(wù)鏈的基本概念為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合服務(wù)鏈的數(shù)學(xué)原理分析,深入論述了擴(kuò)展服務(wù)鏈的內(nèi)涵,提出了服務(wù)優(yōu)化和服務(wù)重構(gòu)的基本原理。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略研究。本部分論述了動(dòng)態(tài)戰(zhàn)略的形成和特點(diǎn),強(qiáng)調(diào)了市場(chǎng)研究的重要性,實(shí)施實(shí)情經(jīng)濟(jì)的必要性,規(guī)劃制定網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告的策略性,,樹(shù)立網(wǎng)站品牌緊迫性。 有色企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)方案研究。本部分首先對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)方案進(jìn)行了 昆明理工大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文 設(shè)計(jì),然后結(jié)合有色企業(yè)探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng) 營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略等方面進(jìn)行了論述,實(shí)現(xiàn)了理論與實(shí)踐的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一. 上述幾部分研究?jī)?nèi)容結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)發(fā)展,用管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué) 等學(xué)科的理論和方法審視網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的現(xiàn)代化管理,理論創(chuàng)新結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)模 型分析,拓寬應(yīng)用范圍,有利于指導(dǎo)有色企業(yè)有效開(kāi)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理 實(shí)踐,進(jìn)一步用先進(jìn)的新經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代管理理論指導(dǎo)有色企業(yè) 實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的管理現(xiàn)代化,對(duì)新興行業(yè)和傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)也具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí) 意義,也對(duì)完善新經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代管理理論具有重要理論意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and social progress, with multimedia network technology represented increasing penetration into the enterprise production and business activities, enterprise management mode by scientific management mode gradually evolved into a network management model based on network technology. The foreign study on network management began in late 1990s, theoretical research has achieved certain results, but the study is not deep enough and system. The stage of network management in China, especially the guidance of traditional business practices with the network management theory has just begun. In the research of nonferrous metals enterprise application network management theory based on network technology, effectively guide the nonferrous metals enterprises to improve the level of management, it has important significance to improve the international competitiveness.
This paper carried out in nonferrous enterprise network management as the main line, the scientific understanding of nonferrous metals enterprise network business development trend, further construction of network management main body and object, explore the network business model, put forward the network management strategy, design the network management scheme, constructed the theoretical system of network application management more complete. The theoretical and empirical research, qualitative method research and quantitative research combined with the specific research from the following aspects:
Network operation. This part studies the business characteristics, business models, purchase process, prerequisites, success factors and model features of network operation, and scientifically understands the connotation of network operation.
The present situation of the network operation of nonferrous enterprises is analyzed. In this part, the current situation of the network operation of the nonferrous enterprises is summarized, and the problems existing in the network operation of the nonferrous enterprises are analyzed from the following six aspects: the general situation, the main body of operation, the supply chain, the value chain, the service chain and the network operation strategy.
Research on network management main body and object. The internal structure, this part of the network management is the subject of network required by the enterprise external image, organization model, development, management of several aspects of fractal, development skills, a comprehensive exposition of the foundation of the enterprise network; detailed research on network management object -- network customer is based on a brief discussion of nonferrous enterprise customer. The analysis of network business model. This part analyses the three modes of network management. In the supply chain model, discusses the extended supply chain, product development, business process reengineering, distribution, inventory and other aspects involving elements of the extended supply chain, put forward the corresponding method to optimize the supply chain.
