【摘要】：為研究酵母培養(yǎng)物(YC)在育肥豬中的應(yīng)用效果,選取90頭健康的、體重約為60 kg的杜×長(zhǎng)×大三元雜交豬,將其隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組45頭。用豬場(chǎng)常規(guī)飼糧喂第1組(對(duì)照組)豬;在第2組(試驗(yàn)組)豬飼糧中添加加YC,并對(duì)其他原料比例適當(dāng)調(diào)整,使2組飼糧主要養(yǎng)分含量相似。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)周期60 d。結(jié)果表明:(1)試驗(yàn)組豬日均增重較對(duì)照組提高了11.84%(P0.05),飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率提高3.58%(P0.05)。(2)試驗(yàn)組豬血糖較對(duì)照組增加了41.96%(P0.01),血清總抗氧化能力提高了17.21%(P0.01),血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性降低了15.05%(P0.01),血清谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性降低了21.13%(P0.01),血清尿素氮減少了5.49%(P0.05),血清丙二醛降低了8.72%(P0.05)。(3)試驗(yàn)組豬背最長(zhǎng)肌、肝中總超氧化物歧化酶活性較對(duì)照組分別提高了23.58%(P0.05)、6.23%(P0.05),肝中丙二醛降低了6.03%(P0.05),背最長(zhǎng)肌滴水損失量降低了44.41%(P0.01),背最長(zhǎng)肌亮度(L*)提高了3.57%(P0.05)�；�于試驗(yàn)結(jié)果推斷,YC可促進(jìn)育肥豬生長(zhǎng),提高飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率,改善豬體營(yíng)養(yǎng)生化代謝,增強(qiáng)組織細(xì)胞穩(wěn)定性,提高豬體抗氧化能力和豬肉保健價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to study the application effect of yeast culture (YC) in fattening pigs, 90 healthy 脳 long 脳 large hybrid pigs weighing about 60 kg were randomly divided into two groups. 45 pigs in each group were fed with the normal diet of pig farm for group 1 (control group), and YC was added to the diet of group 2 (test group), and the proportion of other raw materials was adjusted appropriately. The results showed that the average daily weight gain of pigs in the experimental group was increased by 11.84% P0.05, and the feed conversion rate increased by 3.58% P0.05P0.05. The feed conversion rate in the experimental group was increased by 41.96% P0.01, and the serum total oxygen resistance was increased by 41.96% P0.01, compared with that of the control group, the main nutrient contents of the two groups were similar. The results showed that the average daily weight gain of the pigs in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The activity of serum alanine aminotransferase decreased 15.05%, the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase decreased 21.13% P 0.01, the serum urea nitrogen decreased 5.49% P 0.05, and the serum MDA decreased 8.72% P 0.05 .3) in the test group, the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase decreased 21.13% P 0.01, and the serum urea nitrogen decreased 5.49% P 0.05%, and the serum malondialdehyde decreased 8.72% P 0.05 .3.In the test group, the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase decreased by 15.05%. Compared with the control group, the activity of total superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver increased 23.58% (P 0.05) and 6.23% (P 0.05) respectively. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver decreased 6.03% (P 0.05), the loss of water in the longissimus dorsi muscle decreased by 44.41% (P 0.01), and the brightness of longissimus dorsi increased by 3.57% (P 0.05). Based on the results of the experiment, it was concluded that YC could promote the growth of fattening pigs. Feed conversion rate, nutritional and biochemical metabolism of pig body, tissue and cell stability, antioxidant capacity of pig body and health care value of pig body were improved.
