【摘要】：為確定黑龍江省某狐貍養(yǎng)殖場患病狐貍的病原菌,從發(fā)病狐貍的子宮內(nèi)膿液中分離到1株細(xì)菌,并命名為bz001001。根據(jù)其形態(tài)特征、培養(yǎng)特性、生化試驗(yàn)及16S rRNA分子鑒定結(jié)果,確定該菌為霍氏腸桿菌。之后對該分離菌進(jìn)行了動物致病性試驗(yàn)、藥敏試驗(yàn)和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析,結(jié)果顯示,該菌可引起試驗(yàn)組小白鼠20%死亡,具有一定的致病性;該分離株對16種常用抗菌藥物大部分表現(xiàn)耐藥,少數(shù)藥物敏感,具有較高的耐藥性;該分離菌與來源于嬰幼兒配方奶粉、人源、螃蟹源及實(shí)蠅源分離株的霍氏腸桿菌的遺傳距離最近,同源性高達(dá)98%。本試驗(yàn)是首次從狐貍中分離到霍氏腸桿菌,此結(jié)果提示霍氏腸桿菌具有比以往認(rèn)為的更廣泛的宿主范圍。
[Abstract]:In order to identify the pathogenic bacteria of the diseased fox in a fox farm in Heilongjiang Province, a strain of bacteria was isolated from the uterine pus of the infected fox and named bz001001.According to its morphological characteristics, culture characteristics, biochemical test and 16s rRNA molecular identification results, the pathogen was isolated from the uterus of the infected fox. The strain was identified as Enterobacter hominis. After that, the animal pathogenicity test, drug sensitivity test and phylogenetic analysis were carried out. The results showed that the bacteria could cause 20% death of mice in the experimental group and had a certain pathogenicity. Most of the isolates are resistant to 16 common antimicrobial agents, a few are sensitive and have high drug resistance. The genetic distance of Enterobacter Hodgsoni from crab and fly strains is the closest, the homology is as high as 98. This experiment is the first time to isolate Enterobacter homologues from foxes, which suggests that Enterobacter homogenate has a wider host range than previously thought.
