【摘要】：近10年來,為適應(yīng)市場需求,錘片式微粉碎機(jī)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新取得了顯著進(jìn)步。主要體現(xiàn)在以下方面:(1)粉碎篩片的振動(dòng)技術(shù)。該項(xiàng)國際專利技術(shù)使錘片粉碎機(jī)的錘篩間隙動(dòng)態(tài)變化,既破壞了傳統(tǒng)粉碎機(jī)存在的物料環(huán)流層,同時(shí)增加了對(duì)物料穿過篩孔的推動(dòng)力,顯著提高了物料過篩速度和粉碎產(chǎn)量,特別是提高了高水分物料、高油脂物料、高黏性物料的過篩率,降低了無效能耗;(2)在粉碎室內(nèi)增加定錘的專利技術(shù)。該專利技術(shù)大大增加了物料在粉碎室內(nèi)被撞擊的次數(shù)和剪切式粉碎,增加了粉碎的概率,提高了粉碎的效率;(3)在粉碎機(jī)主軸上增加軸向通風(fēng)風(fēng)葉的專利技術(shù)。增加了對(duì)篩片的橫向清理效果和物料橫向運(yùn)動(dòng),既可提高過篩率,又增加了物料被打擊的機(jī)會(huì);(4)錘篩間隙在一定范圍的無級(jí)調(diào)整專利技術(shù)。該技術(shù)使操作者可根據(jù)粉碎粒度要求和物料的特性以及生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)隨時(shí)調(diào)整到最佳錘篩間隙;(5)錘片打擊端面開刃的專利技術(shù)。該技術(shù)增加了對(duì)物料劈裂作用和將物料推向兩側(cè)以獲得更多的打擊機(jī)會(huì);(6)波紋形壓篩機(jī)構(gòu)。該種機(jī)構(gòu)與篩片接觸的表面為波紋性狀,這樣可以讓更多的篩孔不被壓篩機(jī)構(gòu)封堵,提供更多的有效篩孔面積。上述這些專利技術(shù)的綜合應(yīng)用,使我國的新型錘片微粉碎機(jī)產(chǎn)品具有很高的生產(chǎn)效率,適應(yīng)的原料種類更廣,更加節(jié)能。
[Abstract]:In recent 10 years, in order to meet the market demand, the technical innovation of hammer micro crusher has made remarkable progress. Mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) the vibration technology of comminuted screen. The international patented technology makes the hammer screen clearance of the hammer piece grinder change dynamically, which not only destroys the material annular layer existing in the traditional grinder, but also increases the driving force of the material through the screen hole, and significantly increases the screening speed and crushing output of the material. In particular, the screening rate of high moisture material, high fat material and high viscosity material is improved, and the invalid energy consumption is reduced. (2) the patented technology of adding fixed hammer in crushing chamber. The patented technology greatly increases the number of hits and shear crushing of the material in the crushing chamber, increases the probability of crushing, and improves the crushing efficiency. (3) the patented technology of adding axial ventilation blade to the main shaft of the grinder. The transverse cleaning effect of the screen and the transverse movement of the material are increased, which can not only increase the screening rate, but also increase the chance of the material being hit. (4) the patent technology of stepless adjustment of the hammer screen clearance in a certain range. This technology enables the operator to adjust to the best hammer screen clearance at any time according to the requirements of crushing particle size, the characteristics of the material and the production state. (5) the patented technology of hammer blade hitting end face. This technology increases the split effect on the material and pushes the material to both sides to obtain more hitting opportunities. (6) Bellows press screen mechanism. The surface of the contact between the mechanism and the screen is wavy, so that more screen holes can not be blocked by the pressure screen mechanism, and more effective screen hole area can be provided. With the comprehensive application of these patented technologies, the new hammer microcrusher products in China have high production efficiency, a wider range of suitable raw materials and more energy saving.
