碘醚柳胺驅(qū)蟲(chóng)對(duì)6月齡伊犁馬營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化代謝及生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of iodide willow amine on the digestion, metabolism, growth and development of nutrients in 6-month-old Yili foal. Ten Yili ponies with an average weight of (117.60 鹵15.84) kg at 6 months of age (birth date 鹵5 d),) were randomly divided into two groups under the same feeding conditions: control group (n = 5) and experimental group (n = 5). The foals in the experimental group were treated with iodoetheralumide suspension repellent, 14 mL each, while the control foal was not treated with deworming agent. After deworming, the digestion and metabolism test was carried out for 20 days, in which the pre-trial period was 15 days and the positive test period was 5 days. The results showed that iodide had no significant effect on the intake, digestion, excretion and digestibility of nutrients in foals (P 0.05), but the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and calcium in the experimental group was 18.17%, 16.37% and 17.36% higher than that in the control group, respectively. however, the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and calcium in the experimental group was 18.17%, 16.37% and 17.36% higher than that in the control group. The nitrogen deposition and deposition rate of foal in the experimental group were 65.90% (P 0.05) and 73.20% (P 0.05) higher than those in the control group, and the total increase of body height and chest circumference in the test group were 123.58% (P 0.05) and 48.31% (P 0.05) higher than those in the control group, respectively. Therefore, the positive effect of iodide on the digestion and metabolism of nutrients in 6-month-old Yili horses was mainly reflected in the increase of nitrogen deposition and deposition rate, as well as the increase of body height and chest circumference.
