【摘要】：【目的】探討牦牛皮膚隨年齡增長(zhǎng)的厚度變化規(guī)律.【方法】采集初生、半歲及成年牦牛皮膚樣品,利用千分尺測(cè)量各部位皮膚厚度,采用常規(guī)石蠟切片技術(shù),H.E染色和Masson’s三色染色方法,分別測(cè)量各部位皮膚表皮層、角質(zhì)層、表皮非角質(zhì)層及真皮層厚度,對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析.【結(jié)果】牦牛軀體不同部位皮膚厚度存在差異,最厚的部位是頰部、頸腹側(cè)及背部,最薄的部位是腹股溝及腋下.從背部到腹部、外側(cè)面到內(nèi)側(cè)面皮膚厚度呈遞減趨勢(shì).【結(jié)論】牦牛皮膚厚度隨年齡增長(zhǎng)呈增厚趨勢(shì),其中真皮層增厚趨勢(shì)最明顯,表皮層增厚趨勢(shì)相對(duì)不明顯.詳細(xì)總結(jié)了牦牛皮膚厚度在不同軀體部位及不同年齡的變化規(guī)律,為更深入地研究牦牛皮膚的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the variation of yak skin thickness with age. [methods] skin samples of newborn, half-year-old and adult yaks were collected and measured by micrometer. The thickness of skin epidermis, cuticular layer, epidermis non-cuticular layer and dermis were measured by conventional paraffin section technique, E. staining and Masson' s trichromatic staining. The data were statistically analyzed. [results] there were differences in skin thickness in different parts of yak body. The thickest parts were buccal, ventral neck and back, and the thinnest parts were groin and armpit. From the back to the abdomen, from the outer side to the medial side, the skin thickness of yak showed a decreasing trend. [conclusion] the thickness of yak skin tends to thicken with the increase of age, among which the thickening trend of dermis is the most obvious, but the thickening trend of epidermis is relatively not obvious. The changes of yak skin thickness in different body parts and different ages were summarized in detail, which provided the basis for further study of yak skin growth and development.
