飼料混合機可靠性分析與設計

【摘要】:飼料混合是飼料加工工藝中的重要組成部分,混合機也是飼料行業(yè)中占有舉足輕重地位的飼料機械。其中雙軸槳葉式混合機更是由于其具有混合效率高、殘留量低、混合均勻度好、使用維修方便等特點,在國內外飼料加工生產中有著廣泛的應用。本文將從某型號雙軸槳葉式混合機的故障出發(fā),利用可靠性理論對其可靠性影響因素進行分析,進而指導混合機可靠性的改善。主要進行了以下研究:1.掌握雙軸槳葉式混合機結構及工作原理,在此基礎上對混合機進行子系統(tǒng)劃分、故障模式劃分及故障編碼。依據收集與整理的混合機故障信息,對飼料混合機的故障模式、故障部位、故障原因進行分析,初步獲得飼料混合機的故障情況。2.依據故障信息及結構特點建立混合機的重要度模型,并運用可靠性分析方法,確定其各子系統(tǒng)的重要度指標,從而找出飼料混合機的薄弱系統(tǒng)與關鍵故障;根據子系統(tǒng)重要度指標設計子系統(tǒng)的可靠度分配方法,得到各個子系統(tǒng)的可靠度。3.針對關鍵部件傳動軸的運動特點,分析其力學特性,再對傳動軸進行彎扭組合測試獲得其載荷信息,繼而通過有限元分析以獲得傳動軸應力分布情況,最終確定傳動軸失效原因。4.確定傳動軸的失效原因后,結合傳動軸上載荷信息和其力學特性,利用“應力—強度”干涉理論對傳動軸進行可靠性改進設計:傳動軸過盈連接的可靠性設計以及傳動軸的疲勞強度可靠性設計。
[Abstract]:Feed mixing is an important part of feed processing technology, and mixer is also an important feed machinery in feed industry. Among them, the biaxial blade mixer is widely used in feed processing and production at home and abroad because of its high mixing efficiency, low residue, good mixing uniformity and convenient use and maintenance. In this paper, based on the fault of a certain type of biaxial blade mixer, the influencing factors of reliability are analyzed by using reliability theory, and then the improvement of reliability of mixer is guided. The following studies have been carried out: 1. The structure and working principle of the biaxial blade mixer are mastered, on the basis of which the subsystems, fault modes and fault coding of the mixer are divided. According to the fault information of the mixer collected and sorted out, the fault mode, fault location and fault cause of the feed mixer are analyzed, and the fault situation of the feed mixer is preliminarily obtained. 2. According to the fault information and structural characteristics, the importance model of the mixer is established, and the importance index of each subsystem is determined by using the reliability analysis method, so as to find out the weak system and key faults of the feed mixer; according to the importance index of the subsystem, the reliability distribution method of the subsystem is designed, and the reliability of each subsystem is obtained. According to the motion characteristics of the transmission shaft, the mechanical characteristics of the transmission shaft are analyzed, and then the load information of the transmission shaft is obtained by bending and torsional combination test, and then the stress distribution of the transmission shaft is obtained by finite element analysis, and the failure cause of the transmission shaft is finally determined. 4. After determining the failure cause of the transmission shaft, combined with the load information on the transmission shaft and its mechanical characteristics, the reliability design of the transmission shaft is improved by using the "stress-strength" interference theory: the reliability design of the interference connection of the transmission shaft and the fatigue strength reliability design of the transmission shaft.
