【摘要】：目的：從性心理發(fā)育、性情感體驗、家庭環(huán)境、社會經(jīng)歷和創(chuàng)傷性體驗五個維度分析男同性戀者的心理社會特征的分布情況,為進(jìn)一步探索男同性戀者心理和行為特征影響因素以及男同性戀心理社會學(xué)成因提供基礎(chǔ)性數(shù)據(jù),為艾滋病性病防治提供理論依據(jù)。 方法：自制調(diào)查問卷初稿,采用Delphi法對擬調(diào)查指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重賦值和刪選,經(jīng)過預(yù)調(diào)查后最終定稿。根據(jù)金賽量表制作性取向自我評分表。采用分層整群隨機抽樣法,在深圳市慢性病防治中心和夕顏文化傳播中心招募男同性戀者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。從性心理發(fā)育、性情感體驗、家庭環(huán)境、社會經(jīng)歷和創(chuàng)傷性經(jīng)歷五個方面對男同性戀者的心理社會特征進(jìn)行描述,對男絕對同性戀和男雙性戀的心理社會特征傾向性回答得分進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果：1)共有386名男同性戀者符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并進(jìn)入統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)。男同性戀調(diào)查對象年齡集中在19-45歲區(qū)段,平均年齡為31.3±8.4歲。男同性戀者性取向自我評分分布為：3分-14.5%；4分-31.9%；5分-17.9%；6分-35.8%。2)男同性戀者在青春期性幻想對象為男性的占73.6%；18歲之前更親近母親的占63.5%；95.6%的男同性戀者在明確自己的性取向之前接觸過同性戀知識；生活中有特別事件對其同性戀傾向形成有重要影響的占28.8%；18歲前有來自過女性的創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷的占4.1%；有被男性誘奸或強奸經(jīng)歷的占12.7%。3)男同性戀者的傾向性回答平均得分為8.1±2.4分,性心理發(fā)育維度平均得分率最高,為47.5%；創(chuàng)傷性體驗維度得分率最低,為10.0%。4)男絕對同性戀者傾向性回答得分高于男雙性戀者,且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。在家庭環(huán)境維度上,男絕對同性戀者的平均得分率高于男雙性戀,且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論：1)男同性戀者在不同的心理社會特征指標(biāo)上分布頻率不同,在明確自己的性取向之前接觸過同性戀知識的比例最高,18歲之前有來自過女性的創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷的比例最低。2)男同性戀者在不同維度的心理社會特征傾向性回答得分分布頻率不同,性心理發(fā)育特征平均得分最高,創(chuàng)傷性體驗特征平均得分最低。3)男絕對同性戀者傾向性回答得分高于男雙性戀者,男絕對同性戀者在家庭環(huán)境特征得分上的平均得分率顯著高于男雙性戀者。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the distribution of psycho-social characteristics of gay men from five dimensions: sexual psychological development, sexual emotional experience, family environment, social experience and traumatic experience. In order to further explore the influencing factors of psychological and behavioral characteristics of gay men and the causes of psychological sociology of gay men, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases. Methods: the first draft of self-made questionnaire was prepared. Delphi method is used to assign and delete the weights of the indexes to be investigated, and the final decision is made after preliminary investigation. The sexual orientation self-rating scale was made according to the Kinsey scale. Using stratified cluster random sampling method, male homosexuals were recruited in Shenzhen chronic disease prevention and control center and Xiyan culture communication center for questionnaire investigation. The psycho-social characteristics of gay men are described from five aspects: sexual psychological development, sexual emotional experience, family environment, social experience and traumatic experience. Results A total of 386 gay men met the inclusion criteria and entered the statistical data. The age of gay subjects was 19-45 years old, with an average age of 31.3 鹵8.4 years. The sexual orientation self-scores of gay men were as follows: 3 points -14.5; 4 points -31.9; 5 points -17.9; 6 points -35.8..2) the percentage of gay men who were male in adolescence was 73.660% who were closer to their mother before the age of 18 years, and 95.6% of men who were gay men were clear about their sexual orientation. Have been exposed to homosexual knowledge before; Special events in life had a significant impact on the formation of homosexual tendencies. The percentage of women with trauma before the age of 18 was 4.1, and those who had been seduced or raped by men accounted for 12.7.3.) the average score of male homosexuals' tendency responses was 8.1 鹵2.4. The average score rate of sexual psychological development dimension was the highest (47.5%), and the score of traumatic experience dimension was the lowest (10.0 .4) the score of heterosexual orientation answer was higher than that of bisexual group, and the difference was statistically significant. In the dimension of family environment, the average score rate of absolute homosexuals is higher than that of bisexuals, and the difference is statistically significant. The highest percentage of gay people had ever been exposed to homosexual knowledge before they identified their sexual orientation. The lowest percentage of gay men had ever had a female traumatic experience before the age of 18.) male homosexuals had different scores on psychological and social characteristics in different dimensions. The average score of sexual psychological development was the highest, and the average score of traumatic experience was the lowest (.3) the scores of heterosexual respondents were higher than those of bisexuals. Absolute homosexuals scored significantly higher on family environmental characteristics than bisexuals.
