【摘要】： 一、研究目的 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),很多疾病的發(fā)生與個(gè)性有關(guān),一個(gè)人的個(gè)性、心理類(lèi)型雖然不能決定一個(gè)人的健康,疾病情況,但它對(duì)人的生理,病理等確有一定程度的影響。絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性研究是絕經(jīng)醫(yī)學(xué)中的一個(gè)新領(lǐng)域,我們選擇絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性作為研究對(duì)象,期望對(duì)該時(shí)期女性人格及心理健康狀況做出調(diào)查分析,并與全國(guó)女性常模進(jìn)行比較,分析其主流性格、基本健康狀況,并對(duì)人格與心理健康之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析。將具有中醫(yī)特色的陰陽(yáng)五態(tài)性格具體分型與現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)聯(lián)系起來(lái),特別是與心理相關(guān)問(wèn)題聯(lián)系起來(lái),進(jìn)一步探討人體陰陽(yáng)比例傾向的不同對(duì)人的外顯行為模式及心理健康的影響,為制定提高絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性心理健康和生活質(zhì)量干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù),以便能及早和有針對(duì)性地對(duì)易發(fā)生癥狀的婦女進(jìn)行心理咨詢(xún)與保健,幫助他們提高自我調(diào)節(jié)的能力,以免因心理問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致軀體問(wèn)題的發(fā)生或加重。 二、研究方法 采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,以武漢市區(qū)35歲以上的未絕經(jīng)女性人群作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方式,使用五態(tài)性格測(cè)驗(yàn)表、艾森克人格問(wèn)卷量表(EPQ)、90項(xiàng)癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)和一般資料問(wèn)卷對(duì)絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性進(jìn)行調(diào)查。分析武漢市區(qū)絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性五態(tài)性格特征、艾森克人格特征及心理健康狀態(tài),最后將以上三個(gè)量表之間進(jìn)行相關(guān)及回歸分析。 三、研究結(jié)果 ①武漢市區(qū)絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性SCL-90在軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、抑郁、焦慮、精神病性、其它項(xiàng)目等各因子得分均高于國(guó)內(nèi)女性常模,其中軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、抑郁、焦慮因子、其它項(xiàng)目因子分差異非常顯著(P0.01)；敏感及恐怖因子得分明顯低于常模(P0.01),差異具有極顯著性。 ②五態(tài)性格測(cè)試量表各維度中,太陽(yáng)型、少陰型人格維度得分明顯低于常模組,而太陰型人格維度得分明顯高于常模組,差異具有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.01)。 ③艾森克人格E分、L分明顯低于國(guó)內(nèi)女性常模、N分顯著高于常模(P0.01)。 ④神經(jīng)質(zhì)(N分)與太陽(yáng)、太陰呈正相關(guān),與陰陽(yáng)和平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)；精神質(zhì)(P分)與太陽(yáng)呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)；內(nèi)外傾性(E分)與太陽(yáng)、少陽(yáng)呈正相關(guān)(P0.01),與太陰、少陰呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),具有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 ⑤太陰型人格與心理健康的10個(gè)因子均呈顯著性正相關(guān),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；陰陽(yáng)和平型人格與心理健康的各個(gè)因子除軀體化外均呈負(fù)相關(guān),統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義顯著(除其它項(xiàng)目外P0.01)；少陽(yáng)型人格與心理健康的各個(gè)因子中除偏執(zhí)、其它項(xiàng)目外均呈負(fù)相關(guān),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；少陰型人格與心理健康的六個(gè)因子“軀體狀、敵對(duì)、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、精神病性、其它癥狀等”表現(xiàn)為負(fù)相關(guān)(除恐怖因子外P0.01),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；太陽(yáng)型人格與心理健康的四個(gè)因子“敵對(duì)、偏執(zhí)、精神病性、其它項(xiàng)目等”表現(xiàn)為顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),與三個(gè)因子“人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、焦慮”表現(xiàn)為顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),具有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 ⑥EPQ評(píng)定結(jié)果各維度中P分和N分與SCL-90各因子均呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01)；L分與各因子呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(除與恐怖相關(guān)系數(shù)P0.05外其余P0.01)。 ⑦艾森克人格特征與心理健康多元回歸分析顯示,情緒穩(wěn)定性(N分)、精神質(zhì)(P分)、掩飾傾向(L)是影響心理健康的重要因素。 ⑧五態(tài)性格測(cè)試量表中各維度與心理健康多元回歸分析顯示,太陽(yáng)、少陰、太陰型人格對(duì)心理健康影響較大。 四、結(jié)論 ①武漢市區(qū)絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性心理健康狀況差于國(guó)內(nèi)女性總體水平,其突出的心理問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)在軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、焦慮和抑郁情緒。 ②太陰型性格是絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性的主流性格。 ③武漢市區(qū)絕經(jīng)過(guò)渡期女性存在情緒不穩(wěn)定的人格特征。 ④人格特征與心理健康存在明顯的相關(guān)關(guān)系,并可在某種程度上影響心理健康狀況,通過(guò)測(cè)查人格來(lái)反映心理健康水平是可能的。
[Abstract]:I . Purpose of research


It is found that the occurrence of many diseases is related to personality , one ' s personality and psychological type can not determine the health and disease of a person , but it has some influence on human physiology , pathology and so on .


II . Research Methodology


In this paper , a questionnaire was used to investigate the female five - state personality traits , Eysenck personality characteristics and mental health status of the menopausal transitional period in Wuhan , and the correlation and regression analysis between the above three scales were analyzed .


III . Results of the study


( 1 ) SCL - 90 of menopausal women in Wuhan city was higher than that of female norm in somatization , obsessive - compulsive symptoms , depression , anxiety , psychosis and other items , among which somatization , obsessive - compulsive symptoms , depression , anxiety factor and other factors were significantly different ( P0.01 ) .
The scores of sensitivity and terror were significantly lower than those of norm ( P0.01 ) .


( 2 ) In each dimension of the five - state personality test scale , the scores of the solar type and the small - yin type personality were significantly lower than those of the normal modules , while the scores of the Taiyin type personality were obviously higher than those of the normal modules , and the difference was highly statistically significant ( p0.01 ) .


( 3 ) The scores of E and L were significantly lower than those of female norm ( P0.01 ) .


( 4 ) Neuroticism ( N ) was positively correlated with the Sun and Taiyin , negatively correlated with the peace of yin and yang ( P0.01 ) ;
Mental quality ( P ) was positively correlated with the sun ( P0.01 ) .
There was a positive correlation between the introversion ( E score ) and the Sun and Shaoyang ( P0.01 ) , which was negatively correlated with Taiyin and Shaoyin ( P0.01 ) .


( 5 ) There was significant positive correlation between Taiyin type personality and mental health ( P0.05 ) .
There was a negative correlation between the factors of personality and mental health in Yin and Yang , except for somatization ( P0.01 ) .
There was a negative correlation between the personality of Shaoyang and mental health , except for paranoid and other items , which had statistical significance ( P0.05 ) .
There was a negative correlation between the six factors , such as somatization , hostility , terror , paranoid , psychosis , and other symptoms ( except for the terror factor ) .
The four factors of solar type personality and mental health were " hostility , paranoid , psychosis , other items " ( P0.01 ) , which had significant negative correlation with three factors " interpersonal sensitivity , depression and anxiety " ( P0.01 ) .


( 6 ) The scores of P and N in each dimension were significantly positively correlated with SCL - 90 ( P0.01 ) .
There was a significant negative correlation between L score and each factor ( except for the correlation coefficient between P < 0.05 ) and the correlation coefficient ( P < 0.01 ) .


The results showed that emotional stability ( N ) , psychoticism ( P score ) and camouflage tendency ( L ) were the important factors affecting mental health .


The analysis of psychological health multiple regression in the five - state personality test scale shows that the influence of sun , shaoyin and taiyin personality on mental health is greater .


IV . Conclusions


( 1 ) The mental health status of female in Wuhan area is worse than that of domestic women , and its outstanding psychological problems mainly manifest in somatization , obsessive - compulsive symptoms , anxiety and depression .


( 2 ) The character of Taiyin is the mainstream character of the menopause women .


( 3 ) There is an unstable personality of women in the transitional period of Wuhan .


( 4 ) There is a significant correlation between personality and mental health , and psychological health can be influenced to some extent , and it is possible to reflect the level of mental health through the examination of personality .
