【摘要】：本論文研究了具有CTL免疫反應(yīng)的乙肝模型動力系統(tǒng).首先研究了人體在感染了乙肝病毒后機體中的健康細(xì)胞、感染肝細(xì)胞以及免疫細(xì)胞數(shù)量的變化,建立了相應(yīng)的乙肝病毒感染的數(shù)學(xué)模型.另外還考慮了具有CTL反應(yīng)時滯的乙型病毒模型,研究時滯對系統(tǒng)平衡點穩(wěn)定性的影響. 第一章中介紹了乙肝的相關(guān)病原學(xué)和傳染病學(xué),宿主內(nèi)HBV病毒動力學(xué)模型的的研究進(jìn)展和本文的相關(guān)工作. 第二章考慮具有溶解和非溶解免疫反應(yīng)的乙肝病毒模型的全局動力學(xué).證明了基本再生數(shù)小于一時無病平衡點是全局穩(wěn)定的；當(dāng)基本再生數(shù)大于一時系統(tǒng)是一致持續(xù)的.并通過幾何方法的應(yīng)用,得到了正平衡點全局穩(wěn)定的一個充分條件. 第三章基于一些重要的生物意義,建立了一個具有時滯和CTL免疫的乙肝病毒模型.得到當(dāng)基本再生數(shù)小于等于一時無病平衡點的全局穩(wěn)定性；當(dāng)基本再生數(shù)大于一時系統(tǒng)是一致持續(xù)的.并分析了感染平衡點的Hopf分支的存在性.研究CTL時滯對模型的影響. 通過本文從數(shù)學(xué)的角度進(jìn)一步研究了乙肝病毒感染過程中CTL免疫的作用,這為我們更好的了解疾病發(fā)展和各種各樣的藥物治療策略提供了依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In this paper , we studied the dynamic system of hepatitis B model with CTL immune response . First , we studied the changes of healthy cells , infected liver cells and immune cells in the body infected with hepatitis B virus , established the corresponding mathematical model of hepatitis B virus infection , and also considered the effect of time lag on the stability of the system equilibrium point .

In the first chapter , the research progress of hepatitis B virus dynamics model and related work are introduced in this paper .

The second chapter considers the global dynamics of the hepatitis B virus model with dissolved and non - dissolved immune responses .
A sufficient condition for global stability of positive equilibrium point is obtained when the basic number of regeneration is greater than that of a system .

In chapter 3 , a model of hepatitis B virus with time lag and CTL immunity is established based on some important biological significance .
The existence of Hopf bifurcation of infection equilibrium point is analyzed . The effect of time delay on the model is studied .

In this paper , the effect of CTL immunity in the course of HBV infection is further studied from the point of view of mathematics , which provides a basis for us to understand the development of disease and various strategies for drug treatment .
