【摘要】：目的了解保山市15歲以上人群乙型病毒性肝炎(簡(jiǎn)稱乙肝)表面抗原、表面抗體水平,探討乙肝感染情況及防控策略和措施。方法采用多階段分層隨機(jī)抽樣的原則,在保山市5個(gè)縣區(qū)隨機(jī)抽取15歲以上人群2 768人,調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)抽取的血清用膠體金快速檢測(cè)表面抗原(HBs A)g、表面抗體(抗-HBs)結(jié)果 2012年保山市15歲以上人群乙肝表面抗原、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為2.96%、23.16%;男性表面抗原、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為3.58%、24.72%,女性分別為2.45%、21.85%;各年齡段乙肝表面抗原陽(yáng)性率、表面抗體保護(hù)率分別在2.4%~3.7%和18.6%~27.8%之間;農(nóng)民表面抗原、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為3.03%,22.31%,非農(nóng)民表面抗原、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為2.49%,22.57%;城區(qū)表面抗原、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為2.65%、23.26%,郊區(qū)表面抗原、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為6.54%、16.51%,山區(qū)表面抗原、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為1.52%、26.05%,城鄉(xiāng)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;隆陽(yáng)區(qū)、騰沖縣、施甸縣、昌寧縣、龍陵縣表面抗原陽(yáng)性率分別為2.42%、3.09%、2.75%、4.07%、2.50%,表面抗體陽(yáng)性率分別為23.65%、34.00%、15.29%、25.18%、18.25%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論保山市15歲以上人群乙肝表面抗原攜帶率較低,但乙肝疫苗保護(hù)率也較低。應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮教育、衛(wèi)生、社區(qū)、基層公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的作用,加大對(duì)乙肝危害及接種乙肝疫苗好處的宣傳力度,提高接種率。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of surface antigen and antibody of hepatitis B in Baoshan people over 15 years of age, and to explore the situation of hepatitis B infection, prevention and control strategies and measures. Methods the principle of multi-stage stratified random sampling was used. 2 768 people over 15 years old were randomly selected from 5 counties and districts of Baoshan City. The basic data were investigated. The results showed that HBsAg was detected quickly by colloidal gold in the sera of Baoshan City in 2012. The results showed that in 2012, HBsAg was detected in people over 15 years of age in Baoshan City. The positive rates of surface antibody were 2.96% and 23.16% respectively; the positive rates of surface antigen and surface antibody were 3.58% and 21.85% in men and 2.45% and 21.85% in women respectively; the positive rates of surface antigen and surface antibody protection were 2.47% and 18.6% in all age groups, respectively; the surface antigens of farmers were 2.46% and 18.6% respectively; the positive rates of HBsAg were 2.45% and 21.85% in women, respectively; the positive rates of HBsAg in all ages were between 2.7% and 18.6%; The positive rates of surface antibodies were 3.03 and 22.31, respectively. The positive rates of surface antigens and surface antibodies were 2.490.57 and 2.490.57 respectively. The positive rates of surface antigens and surface antibodies in urban areas were 2.65 and 23.26, respectively. The positive rates of surface antigens and surface antibodies in suburban areas were 6.54 and 16.51, respectively, and the positive rates of surface antigens in mountain areas were 16.51, respectively. The positive rates of surface antibodies were 1.52 and 26.05, respectively. The difference between urban and rural areas was statistically significant; Longyang District, Tengchong County, Shidian County, Changning County, The positive rate of surface antigen in Longling County was 2.42 and 2.750.The positive rate of surface antibody was 23.650.34.00 and 15.290.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the carrying rate of hepatitis B surface antigen in people over 15 years old in Baoshan City is lower, but the rate of hepatitis B vaccine protection is also low. We should give full play to education. The role of public health service in health, community and basic level, to increase the publicity of hepatitis B harm and the benefit of hepatitis B vaccine, and to improve the coverage rate.
