【摘要】：目的對自制的農(nóng)村老年人口健康狀況測評量表進(jìn)行信度、效度檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)其在中國農(nóng)村老年人口中的適用性。方法采用橫斷面調(diào)查法,對煙臺農(nóng)村的1 045名65歲及以上的老年人進(jìn)行訪談式問卷凋查,收集健康基線資料,分析量表的信度效度。結(jié)果農(nóng)村老年人口健康狀況測評量表總的Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.758,各維度的Cronbachα為0.629~0.897;分半信度分析結(jié)果顯示兩個(gè)半量表的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.734,總量表的信度測定Equal-length Spearman為0.818,Guttman Split-half為0.795。效度分析結(jié)果顯示各指標(biāo)得分與其維度得分的相關(guān)性較大,而與其他維度得分的相關(guān)系數(shù)較小;因子分析結(jié)果得到6個(gè)因子,可解釋總方差的68.16%。結(jié)論所構(gòu)建的農(nóng)村老年人口健康狀況測評量表具有較高的信度和效度,能比較客觀地評價(jià)農(nóng)村老年人口的健康狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of the self-made scale for evaluating the health status of the rural elderly population, and to test its applicability in the rural elderly population of China. Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out on 1 045 elderly people aged 65 and above in Yantai rural area. The health baseline data were collected and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. Results the total Cronbach 偽 coefficient was 0.758 and the Cronbach 偽 was 0.629 0.897.The results of split-half reliability analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of the two scales was 0.734, and the reliability of the total scale Equal-length Spearman was 0.818 Guttman Split-half was 0.795.Results the total Cronbach 偽 coefficient was 0.758 and the Cronbach 偽 was 0.629 0.897.The correlation coefficient of the two scales was 0.734, and the reliability of the total scale was 0.818 Guttman Split-half. The results of validity analysis showed that each index score had greater correlation with its dimension score, but the correlation coefficient with other dimension scores was smaller, and the result of factor analysis obtained 6 factors, which could explain the total variance of 68.16. Conclusion the scale has high reliability and validity and can objectively evaluate the health status of the rural elderly population.
