【摘要】：目的:觀察中藥坐浴聯(lián)合中藥內(nèi)服治療良性前列腺增生癥的臨床療效。方法:將106例良性前列腺增生癥患者隨機分為治療組和對照組各53例,兩組患者均給予西藥非那雄胺片,5 mg/次,1次/d,對照組在西藥治療基礎(chǔ)上予熱水坐浴熏洗,每次30 min,2次/d;治療組在西藥治療基礎(chǔ)上加用自擬前列舒利方,1劑/d,200mL/次,早晚分服,中藥坐浴熏洗,每次30 min,每日2次。兩組均治療12周,比較兩組國際前列腺癥狀評分(IPSS)改善情況及臨床療效,對比兩組治療前后殘余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(Qave)和前列腺體積指標(biāo)水平,并觀察患者不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果:治療組的國際前列腺癥狀評分(IPSS)降低優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),治療組臨床療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),治療組患者殘余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(Qave)和前列腺體積改善較對照組更明顯(P0.05),且兩組均無不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:中藥坐浴聯(lián)合中藥內(nèi)服治療良性前列腺增生癥,臨床療效確切,癥狀改善明顯,不良反應(yīng)較輕,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: 106 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53). The patients in both groups were treated with fenasteride tablets for 5 mg/ / d. The control group was treated with hot water and sitting bath fumigation on the basis of western medicine. In the treatment group, on the basis of the western medicine treatment, the treatment group was given 200 mL / L / L / L / L / L of 1 / d / d / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L / L for 30 minutes / day, respectively. The two groups were treated for 12 weeks. The improvement and clinical efficacy of IPSS were compared. The residual urine volume (PVRV), the maximum flow rate (Qmax), the mean flow rate (Qavee) and the prostatic volume index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Adverse reactions were observed. Results: the IPSS of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The residual urine volume (PVR), the maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax), the average urine flow rate (Qave) and the prostatic volume in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. P 0.05 was more obvious in the radiation group, and no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with traditional Chinese medicine sitting bath and internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine has definite clinical effect, obvious improvement of symptoms and mild adverse reaction, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
