【摘要】： 測謊技術是將心理學、生物醫(yī)學、偵察訊問學及電子電路技術與基本的計算機知識等多種學科融為一體,對個人內(nèi)心隱瞞意圖和狀態(tài)進行探測的一門科學。目前,在司法、安全性行業(yè)等多個領域中得到了廣泛的應用。本研究以傳統(tǒng)測謊測試中常用的多道生理儀為測謊儀器,以有效性得到普遍認可的皮膚電反應作為指標,通過模擬犯罪情景實驗范式,對在被認為是“最科學的測謊方法”的犯罪知識檢測(GuiltyKnowledge Test,簡稱GKT)的基礎上改進的犯罪動作測試(Guilty Movement Test,簡稱GMT)進行進一步的分析研究,探討該模式的認知原理以及有效性,并在此基礎上對該模式存在的問題做進一步的完善改進,提出了增強測謊有效性的GMT改進模式(研究中分別稱兩者為GMT1和GMT2),同時對這種改進模式的測謊準確性進行了檢驗。最后探討了該模式廣泛推廣的可能性。 本研究得到以下結論: 1、本實驗再次證實了GKT模式的意義性定向反應認知原理,表明其是一種科學、合理的測謊模式。 2、GMT1模式在兼顧對犯罪者和知情無辜者兩個角色的判定上有較高的準確性,是GKT的有效改進模式,反映了GMT1模式的應用價值。 3、GMT2模式能夠兼顧對犯罪者和知情無辜者兩類角色的準確判定,但還不是GMT1模式的有效改進模式。
[Abstract]:Lie detection technology is a science that combines psychology, biomedicine, reconnaissance and interrogation, electronic circuit technology and basic computer knowledge to detect the intention and state of an individual's innermost concealment. At present, in the judicial, security industry and other fields have been widely used. In this study, the polymorphic physiological instrument commonly used in the traditional polygraph test was used as the lie detector, and the commonly accepted skin electrical response was taken as the index, and the model of simulating the crime scene experiment was used. This paper makes a further analysis and study on the improved Guilty Movement Test (GMT) based on the Guilty knowledge Test (GKT), which is considered as the most scientific lie detection method, and discusses the cognitive principle and effectiveness of the model. On this basis, the existing problems of the model are further improved, and a GMT improved model (GMT1 and GMT2, respectively) is proposed to enhance the effectiveness of lie detection, and the accuracy of the improved model is tested. Finally, the possibility of popularizing the model is discussed. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. This experiment has confirmed the cognitive principle of the GKT model in the sense of directional response, which indicates that GKT is a kind of science. 2GMT1 model has a high accuracy in judging the two roles of the offender and the informed innocent, which is an effective improvement model of GKT. It reflects the application value of GMT1 model. (3) GMT2 model can accurately judge the roles of offender and informed innocent person, but it is not an effective improvement model of GMT1 model.
