【摘要】：檢察機(jī)關(guān)是國(guó)家的法律監(jiān)督機(jī)關(guān),不僅肩負(fù)著維護(hù)國(guó)家法律統(tǒng)一的重要職責(zé),還承擔(dān)著懲辦貪污賄賂犯罪案件,維護(hù)社會(huì)公平正義的神圣使命。隨著司法改革的不斷深化,檢察官的素質(zhì)問題受到了越來越多的關(guān)注,并成為了推進(jìn)司法改革的焦點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn),要想保證法律的正確實(shí)施和國(guó)家的長(zhǎng)治久安,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法制國(guó)家,就必須要建設(shè)一支清正廉明的具有高素質(zhì)的檢察官隊(duì)伍,廉潔自律是檢察官職業(yè)化建設(shè)的必備素質(zhì)要求。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,檢察官掌握著很大的權(quán)力,如何抵御外來侵蝕與誘惑,關(guān)鍵是要靠檢察官自身的廉潔自律的能力。本論文立足于法律倫理學(xué)的基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合我國(guó)當(dāng)前檢察官廉潔自律的可取之處以及存在的不足進(jìn)行研究,以期對(duì)我國(guó)檢察官隊(duì)伍的改革與發(fā)展有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The procuratorial organ is the national legal supervision organ, not only shoulder the important duty of safeguarding the national law unification, but also bear the sacred mission of punishing the crime of corruption and bribery, and maintaining the social fairness and justice. With the deepening of the judicial reform, More and more attention has been paid to the quality of procurators, which has become the focus and difficulty in promoting judicial reform. In order to ensure the correct implementation of the law and the long-term stability of the country, and to build a socialist legal state, It is necessary to build a contingent of high-quality procurators who are clean and honest, and integrity and self-discipline are the necessary quality requirements for the professionalization of procurators. Under the conditions of the market economy, the procurators have a great deal of power. The key to resist external erosion and temptation is to rely on the ability of public procurators to be honest and self-discipline. This paper is based on the foundation of legal ethics and studies on the merits and shortcomings of our country's procurators' integrity and self-discipline at present. With a view to the reform and development of the ranks of public prosecutors in China to help.
