【摘要】：正在上海自貿(mào)試驗區(qū)成立一年多的基礎上,2014年12月,第十二屆全國人大常委會第十二次會議決定在廣東、天津、福建設立自貿(mào)試驗區(qū),并擴大上海自貿(mào)試驗區(qū)范圍。與自貿(mào)區(qū)建設一樣,自貿(mào)區(qū)檢察工作也無先例可循,如何更新檢察執(zhí)法理念,探索和改進檢察工作機制,積極適應自貿(mào)區(qū)對檢察工作提出的新要求,以期與自貿(mào)區(qū)建設所需的"國際化、法治化營商環(huán)境"相匹配,是四地自貿(mào)區(qū)檢察機關亟須解決的重要問題。日前,由上海
[Abstract]:On the basis of the establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Test Zone for more than a year, in December 2014, the 12th meeting of the 12th National people's Congress standing Committee decided to set up free trade test zones in Guangdong, Tianjin and Fujian.
