【摘要】：正案情簡介2007年6月,何某從江西省景德鎮(zhèn)市攜帶象牙、象牙雕刻品、瓷器等物品至上海市某賓館向周某出售。周某為個人收藏,分別于2007年6月、2008年5月、2008年8月從何某處共購買了三件象牙雕刻品、四根象牙及大量瓷器。2009年3月1日,周某因懷疑購買的上述象牙雕刻品系贗品,遂報案,同日,何某被公安機關抓獲并因涉嫌詐騙罪被上海市公安局某分局刑事拘留。3月30日,何某被
[Abstract]:In June 2007, he carried ivory, ivory carving and porcelain from Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province to a hotel in Shanghai for sale to Zhou Mou. Zhou Mou is a personal collection, respectively in June 2007, May 2008, August 2008 from where a total of three ivory sculptures, four ivory and a large number of porcelain.
