【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐行為日益普遍。網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐是我國(guó)公益慈善事業(yè)不可或缺的構(gòu)成部分,網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐迎來良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時(shí)面臨巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的隱蔽性與虛擬性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐法律的缺位,導(dǎo)致了網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐捐騙捐行為的滋生。規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐行為,應(yīng)健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐法律法規(guī),嚴(yán)格網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐執(zhí)法力度,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)募捐行為以及募捐款項(xiàng)去向的監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology, online fund-raising is becoming more and more common. Internet fundraising is an indispensable part of public welfare and charity in China, and network fund-raising ushered in a good opportunity for development. At the same time, it faces enormous risks. The concealment and fictitious nature of the network and the absence of the law on network collection of donations have led to the breeding of online fraud and donation behavior. In order to standardize the online collection of donations, we should perfect the laws and regulations of the network collection of donations. Strictly enforce the law of internet collection, and strengthen the supervision of the behavior of internet collection and the direction of collecting funds.
