【摘要】：繼美國2008年出臺雷斯法案修正案后,歐盟和澳大利亞也紛紛實施了禁止非法木材進口的法案。作為木質(zhì)林產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易大國,這些舉措將對中國木材產(chǎn)品出口至這些國家產(chǎn)生重大影響。以歐盟新木材法案為例,結合中國木材行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和中歐貿(mào)易狀況,分析此項法規(guī)對中國木質(zhì)林產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易格局的影響并提出相應的對策建議,以促進中國木質(zhì)林產(chǎn)品出口貿(mào)易和加工貿(mào)易的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The European Union and Australia have also implemented a ban on illegal timber imports after the United States introduced amendments to the Les Act in 2008. As a big trading country in wood forest products, These measures will have a significant impact on the export of Chinese timber products to these countries. Take the EU's new timber bill as an example, considering the current development of China's timber industry and the trade situation between China and the EU, This paper analyzes the influence of this regulation on the trade pattern of Chinese woody forest products and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the stable development of export trade and processing trade of Chinese woody forest products.
