【摘要】：深入推進(jìn)法治城市建設(shè)是加快地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、科學(xué)發(fā)展、和諧發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重大戰(zhàn)略舉措，是推進(jìn)社會(huì)文明協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、社會(huì)長(zhǎng)期安定和諧、人民群眾安居樂業(yè)的一項(xiàng)根本性建設(shè)。做好法治盱眙創(chuàng)建工作，對(duì)于進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)依法治縣方略，優(yōu)化我縣法治環(huán)境，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)又快又好發(fā)展，構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)，都具有十分重要的意義。 本文首先介紹了法治城市的內(nèi)涵和指標(biāo)，為法治盱眙的創(chuàng)建明確了方向，然后從宏觀上總結(jié)了法治城市建設(shè)的重要意義，創(chuàng)建法治城市是落實(shí)十八屆三中全會(huì)精神的具體實(shí)踐，是鞏固普法教育成果的重要途徑，是促進(jìn)地方法治建設(shè)，提高各項(xiàng)事業(yè)法治化管理水平的重要載體，是社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志。最后針對(duì)盱眙法治城市創(chuàng)建遇到的問題進(jìn)行深入的分析，提出相關(guān)的解決對(duì)策，以確保法治盱眙的順利創(chuàng)建。 創(chuàng)建法治盱眙，推進(jìn)盱眙各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的法治化管理水平，是縣域管理工作的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。尤其應(yīng)該注意的是，法治建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)法治系統(tǒng)工程，必須與本地的依法執(zhí)政、依法行政、公正司法、法律監(jiān)督、法律實(shí)施、法律服務(wù)、法學(xué)研究、法學(xué)教育、法制宣傳等工作統(tǒng)籌進(jìn)行，，這些環(huán)節(jié)的任何一個(gè)方面出現(xiàn)問題，都會(huì)成為盱眙法治建設(shè)的短板，都會(huì)影響和制約盱眙法治建設(shè)的總體發(fā)展。因此，只有圍繞江蘇省法治縣創(chuàng)建的考核目標(biāo)，腳踏實(shí)地做好創(chuàng)建工作，不斷地創(chuàng)新思維方式、創(chuàng)新工作模式，用法治思維和法治方式努力打造具有盱眙特色的法治縣。
[Abstract]:Further promoting the construction of a city ruled by law is an important strategic measure to speed up the development of local economy, scientific development and harmonious development. It is to promote the coordinated development of social civilization and the long-term stability and harmony of society. A fundamental construction for the people to live and work in peace and contentment. Doing a good job of creating Xuyi by rule of law will further promote the strategy of administering counties according to law, optimize the legal environment of our county, promote the rapid and sound development of the economy, and build a harmonious socialist society. Are of great significance. This paper first introduces the connotation and index of the city ruled by law, defines the direction for the establishment of Xuyi, and then sums up the significance of the construction of the city ruled by law from a macro perspective. The establishment of a city ruled by law is the concrete practice of implementing the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, an important way to consolidate the achievements of legal education, an important carrier to promote the construction of the local rule of law, and to improve the level of legalized management of various undertakings. It is an important symbol of the harmonious development of society. Finally, the problems encountered in the establishment of Xuyi city ruled by law are analyzed in depth, and the relevant countermeasures are put forward to ensure the smooth establishment of Xuyi rule of law. It is an important task to establish the rule of law in Xuyi and to promote the rule of law management level of every undertaking in Xuyi. In particular, it should be noted that the construction of the rule of law is a systematic project of the rule of law, and must be governed by law with the local government according to law. Administration by law, fair administration of justice, legal supervision, law enforcement, legal services, legal research, legal education, legal publicity, and so on. Any problem in any of these links will become a short board for Xuyi to build the rule of law. The city will affect and restrict the overall development of Xuyi's rule of law construction. Therefore, only by focusing on the assessment objectives of the county ruled by law in Jiangsu Province, can we do a good job of creating the work, constantly innovating the way of thinking and innovating the mode of work, With the rule of law thinking and the rule of law efforts to build Xuyi characteristics of the rule of law county.
