【摘要】：正當今世界,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)全面融入社會生產(chǎn)生活,深刻改變著全球的政治格局、經(jīng)濟格局、利益格局和安全格局�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)迅猛發(fā)展,給國家和人民生產(chǎn)生活帶來巨大便利的同時,也伴隨著出現(xiàn)了一系列問題,比如,網(wǎng)絡攻擊、網(wǎng)絡暴力、網(wǎng)絡恐怖、網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)聽、色情信息、造謠誹謗等等。如何更好地加強和完善互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理是各國都面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。而對中國而言,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理的關(guān)鍵就是要基于治理目標和治理訴求,建立一整套相關(guān)的規(guī)則體系以及基于這種規(guī)則體系上的實踐邏輯。
[Abstract]:In this world, the Internet has fully integrated into the social production and life, profoundly changing the global political pattern, the economic pattern, the pattern of interests and the security pattern. The rapid development of the Internet has brought great convenience to the production and life of the country and people, as well as the emergence of a series of problems, such as network attacks, network violence, network terror. Horror, network monitoring, pornographic information, rumor and defamation, and so on. How to better strengthen and improve Internet governance is an important challenge for all countries. For China, the key to the governance of the Internet is to establish a set of relevant rules based on governance targets and governance demands, and the practical logic based on this rule system.
