法治公安探析

【摘要】："法治公安"屬于"法治政府"的范疇,是在各項(xiàng)工作中切實(shí)貫徹中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治原則的公安機(jī)關(guān),是堅(jiān)持中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),堅(jiān)持人民主體地位,堅(jiān)持憲法法律至上,堅(jiān)持以促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義為核心價(jià)值追求、以嚴(yán)格規(guī)范公正文明執(zhí)法為生命線的公安機(jī)關(guān)。建設(shè)法治公安是建設(shè)法治中國(guó)的重要內(nèi)容,是全面深化公安改革的必然要求,是提升公安機(jī)關(guān)履職能力的迫切需要。
[Abstract]:"Public security ruled by law" belongs to the category of "government ruled by law". It is a public security organ that conscientiously implements the principle of rule of law with Chinese characteristics in all kinds of work. It is a public security organ that adheres to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adheres to the dominant position of the people, and A public security organ that takes promoting social justice as its core value and strictly standardizing fair and civilized law enforcement as its lifeline. The construction of public security ruled by law is an important part of building China ruled by law, an inevitable requirement of deepening public security reform in an all-round way, and an urgent need to enhance the ability of public security organs to perform their duties.
