不同工況下除濕溶液再生的模擬與實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:建立了LiCl溶液再生過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)模擬分析,得到了溶液再生量、溶液溫度和溶液濃度隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律。以平均再生量為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)LiCl溶液的再生性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。分析了熱源溫度、溶液濃度、溶液初始溫度、再生壓力和冷水溫度5個(gè)因素分別對(duì)溶液再生性能的影響規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:溶液濃度和再生壓力對(duì)溶液再生性能影響顯著,冷水溫度對(duì)溶液再生性能的影響最小。在設(shè)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工況下,再生壓力為4k Pa、溶液中LiCl質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)從28%增大到34%時(shí),平均再生量由20.45g/(m~2·s)減小至7.44g/(m~2·s);再生壓力從4k Pa升高至10k Pa時(shí),平均再生量由15.33g/(m~2·s)降低至1.92g/(m~2·s)。最后,以溶液溫度和溶液濃度作為對(duì)比目標(biāo)參數(shù)將模擬結(jié)果和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)值與模擬值符合較好。
[Abstract]:The mathematical model of the regeneration process of LiCl solution was established. By simulation and analysis, the variation of solution regeneration amount, solution temperature and solution concentration with time were obtained. The regeneration performance of LiCl solution was studied with the average regeneration quantity as the evaluation index. The effects of heat source temperature, solution concentration, solution initial temperature, regeneration pressure and cold water temperature on the regeneration performance of the solution were analyzed. The experimental results show that the concentration of solution and the pressure of regeneration have significant effects on the regenerative energy of the solution, while the temperature of cold water has the least effect on the regeneration performance of the solution. When the regeneration pressure of 4k Pa, solution was increased from 28% to 34%, the average regeneration rate decreased from 20.45g/ (mt2s) to 7.44g/ (mt2 s);) under the standard operating conditions. When the regeneration pressure increased from 4k Pa to 10k Pa, the average regeneration capacity decreased from 15.33g/ (mc2s) to 1.92g/ (mt2 s). Finally, the simulation results are compared with the experimental results using the solution temperature and the solution concentration as the target parameters. The results show that the experimental values are in good agreement with the simulated values.
