【摘要】：為進(jìn)一步討論雙孔微差爆破及柱狀藥包爆破振動(dòng)新特性,通過在空腔內(nèi)壁施加等效爆源荷載方法,建立藥包爆破振動(dòng)LS-dyna數(shù)值模擬模型,分別對(duì)雙孔微差爆破和長(zhǎng)柱狀藥包爆破振動(dòng)進(jìn)行分析。通過控制加載時(shí)間模擬不同延時(shí)間隔下的微差爆破過程,同時(shí)建立不同長(zhǎng)度的加載組元來(lái)表示柱狀裝藥的藥包長(zhǎng)度,進(jìn)而研究藥包長(zhǎng)度對(duì)爆破振動(dòng)的影響。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與相應(yīng)的理論計(jì)算結(jié)果具有較好的一致性。結(jié)果表明:微差爆破質(zhì)點(diǎn)峰值速度與距離整體呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān),但在衰減過程中出現(xiàn)局部的增大現(xiàn)象,增大的幅值和區(qū)間與延時(shí)間隔有關(guān),間隔時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),局部放大效應(yīng)距離爆源越遠(yuǎn),放大幅值越小。對(duì)長(zhǎng)柱藥包的模擬結(jié)果則表明:對(duì)于介質(zhì)中某一點(diǎn),當(dāng)藥包長(zhǎng)度達(dá)到特定值后,質(zhì)點(diǎn)峰值速度將不隨著藥包長(zhǎng)度的增長(zhǎng)而增大,這表明傳統(tǒng)的通過藥量來(lái)衡量爆破振動(dòng)幅值的計(jì)算方法具有一定局限性。這些成果對(duì)爆破振動(dòng)預(yù)測(cè)及爆破施工設(shè)計(jì)具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to further discuss the new vibration characteristics of double-hole millisecond blasting and cylindrical charge blasting, the LS-dyna numerical simulation model of blasting vibration was established by applying equivalent blasting source load to the inner wall of the cavity. The vibration of double hole millisecond blasting and long column charge blasting were analyzed respectively. The millisecond blasting process at different delay intervals is simulated by controlling the loading time, and the loading components of different lengths are established to express the charge length of the cylindrical charge, and the effect of the charge length on the blasting vibration is studied. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the corresponding theoretical results. The results show that the peak velocity of millisecond blasting is negatively correlated with the whole distance, but there is a local increase in the attenuation process. The amplitude and interval of the increase are related to the delay interval, and the longer the interval is, the longer the interval is. The further the local amplification effect is from the explosion source, the smaller the amplification amplitude is. The simulation results of the long column cartridge show that when the charge length reaches a certain value, the particle peak velocity does not increase with the increase of the charge length. This indicates that the traditional calculation method to measure the amplitude of blasting vibration by the amount of charge has certain limitations. These results have certain guiding significance for blasting vibration prediction and blasting construction design.
