【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料和問卷調(diào)查法,結(jié)合自己在農(nóng)村中學(xué)的教育實習(xí),對福安市農(nóng)村中學(xué)課余田徑訓(xùn)練開展情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中,農(nóng)村中學(xué)場地條件有所改善,師資力量上有所增強(qiáng),課余田徑訓(xùn)練取得一定成效。目前存在的問題有體育經(jīng)費總體欠缺、運動訓(xùn)練條件較差、科學(xué)選材困難、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和家長不重視,因此,農(nóng)村中學(xué)課余田徑訓(xùn)練難以有效地得到發(fā)展。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視與否與中學(xué)課余田徑訓(xùn)練關(guān)系密切,建議提高認(rèn)識、強(qiáng)化意識并將學(xué)校體育納入農(nóng)村學(xué)校教育及其綜合改革的發(fā)展計劃。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature and questionnaire investigation, combined with his educational practice in rural middle schools, this paper investigates the development of extracurricular track and field training in rural middle schools in Fu'an City. The results show that in the construction of new rural areas, the conditions of rural middle school venues have been improved, the teachers have been strengthened, and the extracurricular track and field training has achieved certain results. At present, the existing problems are the overall lack of sports funds, the poor conditions of sports training, the difficulty of scientific selection of materials, and the lack of attention by school leaders and parents. Therefore, it is difficult to effectively develop extracurricular track and field training in rural middle schools. It is found that the importance attached by school leaders is closely related to extracurricular track and field training in middle schools. It is suggested that awareness should be raised, awareness should be strengthened and school physical education should be brought into the development plan of rural school education and its comprehensive reform.
