【摘要】：供給與需求是既對立又統(tǒng)一的范疇,需求側(cè)的變化必然引發(fā)供給側(cè)的變化。繼續(xù)教育因此面臨諸多新的挑戰(zhàn):學(xué)歷補(bǔ)償功能弱化,存在價(jià)值受到質(zhì)疑;非學(xué)歷提升功能偏弱,脫離市場需求,社會(huì)服務(wù)意識(shí)不強(qiáng);非學(xué)歷發(fā)展功能偏弱,社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)欠缺,公益性彰顯不足。因此,地方普通高校的繼續(xù)教育轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展迫在眉睫,區(qū)域性應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)是轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的目標(biāo),堅(jiān)持學(xué)歷與非學(xué)歷繼續(xù)教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略定位。具體實(shí)施策略是堅(jiān)持以質(zhì)量為抓手,市場與社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)并重,從學(xué)歷補(bǔ)償教育、職業(yè)能力提升培訓(xùn)以及學(xué)習(xí)型城市建設(shè)等方面展開,推進(jìn)繼續(xù)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Supply and demand are both opposite and unified category, the change of demand side will inevitably lead to the change of supply side. As a result, continuing education faces many new challenges: the function of academic compensation is weakened, the value of existence is questioned; Non-academic promotion function is weak, divorced from market demand, social service awareness is not strong; The function of non-academic development is weak, the consciousness of social responsibility is deficient, and the public welfare is not clear. Therefore, it is urgent for the local colleges and universities to develop their continuing education, regional applied talents cultivation is the goal of the transformation and development. It is the strategic orientation to realize the transformation and development to persist in the coordinated development of continuing education of academic and non-academic qualifications. The specific implementation strategy is to pay attention to the quality, the sense of market and social responsibility, and to compensate for the education from the education of academic qualifications. To promote the sustainable development of continuing education, vocational ability training and the construction of learning cities are carried out.
