小學(xué)英語(yǔ)職初教師課堂有效教學(xué)的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:教師的職責(zé)就是為社會(huì)發(fā)展和國(guó)家進(jìn)步培養(yǎng)更多優(yōu)秀的人才,教師素質(zhì)的高低直接會(huì)對(duì)人才的培養(yǎng)情況造成很大影響,而教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)主要體現(xiàn)在課堂教學(xué)方面。當(dāng)教師在課堂教學(xué)中正確解析教學(xué)大綱和教材內(nèi)容,采用恰當(dāng)?shù)慕谭ê筒呗灾贫ㄍ陚涞慕虒W(xué)方案,并與學(xué)生進(jìn)行有效的互動(dòng),才能達(dá)到一定的課堂效果,從而提高課堂教學(xué)的質(zhì)量。而在教師群體中最特殊的就是職初教師,這類教師剛步入職場(chǎng),在知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化以及教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面都存在很大的缺陷,課堂教學(xué)水平不高。針對(duì)這種情況,本文針對(duì)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)職初教師課堂有效教學(xué)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,研究共分為六大部分:第一部分是導(dǎo)論部分。首先,是對(duì)整個(gè)研究的背景、目的以及意義進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹;然后從職初教師以及有效教學(xué)兩個(gè)方面列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀;最后,概括引出了本研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法。第二章節(jié)是概念界定和相關(guān)理論。首先,對(duì)職初教師和有效教學(xué)進(jìn)行了定義;其次,闡述了課堂有效教學(xué)理論和小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂有效教學(xué)的原則。第三部分是關(guān)于小學(xué)英語(yǔ)職初教師課堂有效教學(xué)的研究調(diào)查的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施,其中包括問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和觀察表的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。本章節(jié)通過(guò)問(wèn)卷的方式調(diào)查了兩所教育集團(tuán)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)職初教師的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合小學(xué)英語(yǔ)評(píng)價(jià)表的評(píng)分結(jié)果,探尋小學(xué)英語(yǔ)職初教師在生存期中遇到的困難,并針對(duì)課堂有效教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)表的研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析和深入的剖析,分析數(shù)據(jù)背后的現(xiàn)象和問(wèn)題。第四部分對(duì)影響小學(xué)英語(yǔ)職初教師課堂有效教學(xué)的因素進(jìn)行分析,探究問(wèn)題形成的原因。本章分別從學(xué)生因素、小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂環(huán)境和職初教師自身三個(gè)維度闡述了影響其課堂有效教學(xué)的根因和動(dòng)因。并且,通過(guò)實(shí)踐案例的跟進(jìn),對(duì)影響職初教師的原因做進(jìn)一步的佐證和解析。第五部分是對(duì)策部分。主要是根據(jù)前幾部分的研究結(jié)果,從課堂主要教學(xué)策略、課堂輔助教學(xué)策略兩個(gè)方面提出了實(shí)施策略。第六部分是結(jié)語(yǔ),總結(jié)歸納了問(wèn)題研究的結(jié)論,并對(duì)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)職初教師課堂教學(xué)提出了新的展望。
[Abstract]:The duty of teachers is to train more excellent talents for the development of society and the progress of the country, and the quality of teachers will have a great impact on the cultivation of talents. The teacher's professional accomplishment is mainly reflected in the classroom teaching. When the teacher correctly analyzes the syllabus and the teaching material content in the classroom teaching, adopts the appropriate teaching method and the strategy to formulate the complete teaching plan, and carries on the effective interaction with the student. In order to achieve a certain classroom effect, and thus improve the quality of classroom teaching. The most special teachers in the group of teachers are junior teachers, who have just entered the workplace and have great defects in knowledge transformation and teaching experience. The classroom teaching level is not high. In view of this situation, this paper investigates the effective classroom teaching of primary school English teachers. The research is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction part. First, the background of the whole research. The purpose and significance of the brief introduction; then from the beginning of the teacher and effective teaching two aspects of the list of domestic and foreign related research status; finally, The second chapter is the definition of concept and related theories. First, the definition of junior teachers and effective teaching; secondly, This paper expounds the theory of effective classroom teaching and the principles of effective classroom teaching in primary schools. The third part is about the design and implementation of the research on effective classroom teaching of primary school English teachers. It includes the design and implementation of questionnaires and observation tables. This chapter investigates the current situation of English teachers in primary schools in two education groups by means of questionnaires, and combines the scoring results of primary school English assessment forms. This paper explores the difficulties encountered by primary school English teachers in their lifetime, and makes a detailed analysis and in-depth analysis of the research results of the effective teaching evaluation tables in the classroom. The fourth part analyzes the factors that affect the effective teaching of primary school English teachers in order to explore the causes of the problem. The three dimensions of primary school English classroom environment and teachers themselves explain the root causes and motivations that affect the effective teaching in their classroom. The fifth part is the countermeasure part. According to the research results of the first few parts, from the classroom main teaching strategy, The sixth part is the conclusion, which summarizes the conclusions of the research, and puts forward a new prospect for the classroom teaching of primary school English teachers.
