校園足球背景下武漢市小學(xué)足球師資現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:在校園足球背景下,武漢市青少年校園足球運(yùn)動得到不斷普及和發(fā)展,小學(xué)生參與足球運(yùn)動的積極性也越來越高,開展足球運(yùn)動的學(xué)校及參與足球運(yùn)動的小學(xué)生不斷增加,校園足球活動日益多樣化、多元化。因此,對學(xué)校足球師資隊伍的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量都提出了更高的要求。足球師資作為校園足球課程、足球活動、足球競賽的實施者、組織者、策劃者,其素質(zhì)的高低也決定了校園足球開展的好壞。小學(xué)生作為身心成長的關(guān)鍵期和足球技能培養(yǎng)的黃金時期,建設(shè)一支數(shù)量夠、質(zhì)量好、素質(zhì)高的小學(xué)足球師資隊伍對于小學(xué)足球活動的開展也至關(guān)重要。本文通過對武漢市42所校園足球特色小學(xué)進(jìn)行重點調(diào)查,以武漢市小學(xué)足球師資隊為研究對象,分析當(dāng)前武漢市校園足球師資隊伍現(xiàn)狀的各方面情況,得出以下結(jié)論:1、在武漢市小學(xué)足球師資隊伍基本構(gòu)成情況調(diào)查中,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在男女比例不均衡,年齡結(jié)構(gòu)以中青年為主,教齡在6-10年范圍內(nèi)居多。2、在對武漢市小學(xué)足球師資職業(yè)身份及綜合能力調(diào)查與分析發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前武漢市小學(xué)足球師資學(xué)歷水平整體較高,來源多為體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生和體育教師,但具有高級職稱的教師人數(shù)不多,足球教練等級和運(yùn)動員等級偏低,足球師資的足球教學(xué)方法運(yùn)用、創(chuàng)新意識和專業(yè)技能均有待提高。3、在武漢市小學(xué)足球師資崗位待遇現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前武漢市小學(xué)足球教學(xué)中足球師資緊缺,足球師資工作強(qiáng)度大,工作壓力增大,足球師資普遍對工作抱有熱情,但足球師資待遇整體較低,足球師資對工作待遇滿意度較低。4、在對武漢市小學(xué)足球師資思想動態(tài)調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),三分之一足球師資的表明,在對工作不滿意的情況下會選擇跳槽。5、在對武漢市小學(xué)足球師資外部發(fā)展環(huán)境調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前校園足球活動的時間得到了保障,但政府和學(xué)校對校園足球的重視程度均不夠,沒有定期對校園足球的開展情況進(jìn)行定期的督導(dǎo),存在足球師資流失的情況,流失的主要原以為“工作調(diào)動”和“繼續(xù)深造”為主。6、在武漢市小學(xué)足球師資培訓(xùn)方面,絕大部分教師認(rèn)為自身需要參加培訓(xùn),其培訓(xùn)目的主要是為了自我提高和職稱評定,對現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)的滿意度不高,認(rèn)為培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容需求最高選項是專項訓(xùn)練方法。基于以上研究結(jié)果,本文給出以下建議:1、完善足球師資隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)。2、加強(qiáng)足球師資隊伍的培訓(xùn)。3、完善管理制度體系,加強(qiáng)小學(xué)足球師資管理。4、加大對小學(xué)足球師資管理投入,提高足球師資待遇水平。5、優(yōu)化師資隊伍建設(shè)環(huán)境。6、整合利用社會資源。7、建立交流學(xué)習(xí)平臺。
[Abstract]:Under the background of campus football, the youth campus football in Wuhan has been popularized and developed, and the enthusiasm of primary school students to participate in football is increasing. Campus football activities are increasingly diversified and diversified. Therefore, the quantity and quality of school football teachers have put forward higher requirements. As the implementers, organizers and planners of campus football courses, football activities and football competitions, the quality of football teachers also determines the quality of campus football. Primary school students as the key period of physical and mental growth and the golden period of football skills cultivation, the construction of a high quality primary school football teachers is also very important for the development of primary school football activities. Based on the investigation of 42 characteristic primary schools of campus football in Wuhan, this paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching staff of campus football in Wuhan, taking the soccer teaching team of Wuhan primary school as the research object. Draw the following conclusion: 1. In the investigation of the basic composition of soccer teachers in primary schools in Wuhan, we find that there is an imbalance between men and women, and the age structure is dominated by young and middle-aged people. The teaching years are mostly within 6-10 years. Through the investigation and analysis of the professional status and comprehensive ability of the primary school football teachers in Wuhan, it is found that the academic qualifications of the primary school football teachers in Wuhan are generally high, and the sources are mostly physical education graduates and physical education teachers. However, the number of teachers with senior professional titles is small, the football coaches and players are on the low side, and the football teaching methods of football teachers are used. Innovation consciousness and professional skills need to be improved. In the investigation of the status quo of teaching position of primary school football teachers in Wuhan, it is found that there is a shortage of football teachers in primary school football teaching in Wuhan, the working intensity of football teachers is great, and the working pressure is increasing. Football teachers generally have enthusiasm for their work, but the overall treatment of football teachers is relatively low, the satisfaction of football teachers to the job treatment is low .4.In the investigation of the dynamic thinking of soccer teachers in Wuhan primary school, it is found that 1/3 football teachers show that, If they are not satisfied with their work, they will choose to switch jobs. 5. in the investigation of the external development environment of primary school football teachers in Wuhan, it is found that the time of the current campus football activities is guaranteed, but the government and schools do not attach enough importance to campus football. There is no regular supervision on the development of campus football, and there is a loss of football teachers. The main loss of football teachers is "job transfer" and "continuing further study" .6. in Wuhan City, the primary school football teachers training, Most teachers think that they need to take part in the training, the purpose of training is mainly to improve themselves and evaluate their professional titles, and the satisfaction of the existing training is not high, and the training content needs the highest option is the special training method. Based on the above research results, this paper gives the following suggestions: 1, perfecting the structure of football teachers, strengthening the training of football teachers, perfecting the management system, strengthening the management of primary school football teachers, and increasing the investment in the management of primary school football teachers. To improve the treatment level of football teachers, to optimize the construction environment of teachers, to integrate the utilization of social resources, and to establish a platform for exchange and learning.
