【摘要】：注意力是學(xué)生基本的學(xué)習(xí)能力,一直以來(lái)是學(xué)校教育工作者和學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。對(duì)于小學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),擁有良好的注意力是養(yǎng)成良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的必備條件,因此有必要對(duì)他們進(jìn)行注意力訓(xùn)練,提升他們的注意力水平。本研究為了小學(xué)生注意力訓(xùn)練的需求,探索設(shè)計(jì)適用于小學(xué)生的注意力訓(xùn)練課程,該訓(xùn)練課程共分成三個(gè)階段:第一階段是單項(xiàng)式注意力訓(xùn)練階段,第二階段是語(yǔ)文滲透式注意力訓(xùn)練階段,第三階段是數(shù)學(xué)滲透式注意力訓(xùn)練階段。為了檢驗(yàn)小學(xué)生注意力訓(xùn)練課程的有效性,選取溫州市某小學(xué)二年級(jí)的兩個(gè)班作為實(shí)驗(yàn)班和控制班,在實(shí)驗(yàn)班中開(kāi)展注意力訓(xùn)練課程教學(xué),而對(duì)控制班不施加訓(xùn)練,實(shí)驗(yàn)前后均采用《中小學(xué)生注意力測(cè)驗(yàn)》對(duì)兩個(gè)班的學(xué)生進(jìn)行注意力水平的檢測(cè)。最終研究結(jié)果表明:小學(xué)生注意力訓(xùn)練課程符合家長(zhǎng)對(duì)小學(xué)生進(jìn)行注意力訓(xùn)練的需求,經(jīng)過(guò)6周的實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練,本研究設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的小學(xué)生注意力訓(xùn)練課程能有效提高二年級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)生的注意力整體水平,其中在注意力的維度方面,注意力訓(xùn)練課程對(duì)于提高注意的穩(wěn)定性效果最明顯,所以本研究設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的小學(xué)生注意力訓(xùn)練課程具有合理性和有效性,這對(duì)以后學(xué)校開(kāi)展注意力訓(xùn)練具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Attention is the basic learning ability of students, has been the focus of attention of school educators and parents. For primary school students, having good attention is a necessary condition to develop good study habits, so it is necessary to train their attention and improve their attention level. In order to meet the needs of primary school students' attention training, this study explores the design of attention training curriculum for primary school students, which is divided into three stages: the first stage is the single-item attention training stage. The second stage is the Chinese permeable attention training stage, the third stage is the mathematical penetrating attention training stage. In order to test the effectiveness of the attention training course for primary school students, two classes in a second grade of a primary school in Wenzhou were selected as the experimental class and the control class, and the attention training course was carried out in the experimental class, but the control class was not trained. Before and after the experiment, the attention level of the two classes was measured by the Primary and Middle School students' attention Test. The final results show that the attention training course of primary school students meets the needs of parents for attention training, after 6 weeks of practical training, The attention training course designed in this study can effectively improve the overall attention level of the students in the second grade experimental class. In the dimension of attention, the attention training course has the most obvious effect on improving the stability of attention. Therefore, the attention training course designed and developed by this study is reasonable and effective, which has guiding significance for the future school attention training.
