【摘要】：北京東城區(qū)史家學(xué)區(qū)著力創(chuàng)拓"無邊界"教育的學(xué)區(qū)模式。一是以"和諧+無邊界"為建設(shè)理念,以"種子計(jì)劃"為核心戰(zhàn)略,整體設(shè)計(jì)"無邊界"學(xué)區(qū)。二是建立統(tǒng)分結(jié)合、縱橫結(jié)合、收放結(jié)合的總體運(yùn)行機(jī)制,以協(xié)同機(jī)制、流動(dòng)機(jī)制、復(fù)盤機(jī)制、榮點(diǎn)機(jī)制和榜樣機(jī)制,聯(lián)動(dòng)貫串管理全過程,構(gòu)筑管理新生態(tài)。三是綜合貫通任務(wù)層,通過打開價(jià)值邊界、管理邊界、校園邊界、教研邊界、培訓(xùn)邊界、活動(dòng)邊界、課程邊界、課堂邊界、社團(tuán)邊界,攜手推動(dòng)校區(qū)建設(shè)、教師發(fā)展和學(xué)生成長。
